Gloucester v Connacht
Great try by connacht. Contender for the best try of the week. Come on Connacht.
Can Sharples, JSD and Tindal rally and beat the Irish minnows. Or will the men from the west get their maiden Hcup win?

The Irish and Scots guys doing commentary for Sky couldn't be more pro Con if they tried.
It makes for an amusing listen.

Connacht playing a blinder. Should have had a try there, ref played advantage for too long. Still ahead though.
Really impressed with Niall O'Connor.

Score is about fair I reckon, Sharples looked like he grounded the ball too but wasn't given.

Really? O'Connor was awful at Ulster, would be great if he is doing good in Connacht!

Niall O'connors a good player, he kept Humph out of the Ulster side for while. Think Ulster made a mistake letting him go and he just needs game time.

Try May & of all the players to have missed the tackle it was Jonny Oconnor who has been outstanding up until then.
Looks as though it may have been Flavin sorry Jonny!

EnglishReign, that was just down to poor tacklin, O'Connor went way too high. Heartbreaking for Connacht.

Glos leaving it late there and trolling the commentators like never before.
Two poor teams though at this level. Nothing to trouble the good teams on either side.

It was a very good, close game. Connacht may have been the btter side but Gloucester took their chance and May took his try well.

Interesting how Glos got a losing bonus point at Toulouse and Quins got battered on their own ground. Connacht are a tricky side to beat.

Cheer up.
Commentary was balanced. It was an exciting game. Connacht were superb, considering their circumstances. Glos just had a bit too much in the end.

Re: Gloucester v Connacht
Connacht have done themselves and Irish rugby proud once again. They just need to learn how to close out games at this level. It was another fantastic effort again.
Congrats to Gloucester on a deserved victory though .

That's true to be fair. Nothing exciting but gritty it seems.
Bu tthen Quins aren''t too great. English rugby as a whole is pants from top to bottom at the mo. Probably 5 years at least to get near the good Celtic and French sides.

Re: Gloucester v Connacht
A poor performance by most and a dire one by some! But a win is a win and I do feel this performance illustrates that Glaws are lacking confidence at the moment, so I am hoping that this helps us build momentum and we can recapture the form and performance Glaws are more than capable of.
On a seperate note, the Connacht fans were very vocal and good fun, you would be very welcome back! Good luck for the rest of the season

Really? 5 yeaes behind? Don't agree with that at all. Getting a bit ahead of yourselves......again!

Didn't Saracens just beat the second ranked PRO12 team home and away (breaking a 6 year run), and midtable AP sides Northampton & Gloucester come within a couple of points of beating Munster & Toulouse away in probably the two most difficult stadiums in Europe to visit?
That's nearer than many good Celtic and French sides have manged in recent times.

Yeah, Quins are terrible. How many Celtic sides have won at Stade Ernest-Wallon by the way? And how many have given Castres a 5 try nilling?
