The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
First topic message reminder :
Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.
The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the wedding pictures of Father Christmas, Sean Lamont and Paddy Wallace above the bar!
So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Willie, I don't ever see O'Neill managing Norn Iron. Now was always going to be the best opportunity but he was never even tempted to throw his hat in the ring.

Went shopping in Ealing today. Wanted and insisted that I got MrsG really nice... whatever.. Shoes, coats, handbags... yada feicin yada. for Christmas. She then goes to posh charidee shops! Quote: "Spending loads of money doesent do it for me JJ. NEED to get a class bargain. Thats MY kick"
Jayzuz, I love that woman. But, Im still insisting she gets what she'd really like. Boots she drooled over and a hangbag she played with for a while...
Me? I spent 300 quids on shirts and jeans. Thats me done. Grand.

Why wouldn't you want to manage your national team? Poisoned chalice where we are player wise at the minute like, but you'd be a fool not to give it a go.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Heading back West on Friday after work Munsty, having a baking day with my mam and sister on Christmas Eve, round my Grandparents for Christmas day, rugby on boxing day before heading over to my relatives in the village next door for dinner (and I presume late night pub drinking session ), then lazy day before back to the Diff on the 28th. Back home again on the 30th though for New Years and my Mam's 50th birthday.
Busy busy but full of family time so I am going to be one very very happy Dreamer. My brother's back on the 28th as well, so at least I'll get to see him at New Years
How about you, got much planned?

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
Today is my old school's carol service and my sister is doing a reading. Over the next two days I'm trying to do a 2,000 word English assignment.
Christmas day should be the usual which I'm looking forward to. Stephen's day I'm going to see the Bull's last ever game at rugby then go to the pre-drinking part of a night out but not the night out part.
Then the next day I'm going to collect two of my friends from Uni and church who are coming over to stay until the 2nd. We are also all going to a wedding of an old friend of mine from school.

Morning all,
Half-day for me today (as I came in to work for half of my day off a couple of weeks ago).
So out to Ealing at lunchtime to pick up some supplies (Gibbo, PM me if you're about out there) and then some couch time - I'm still fighting off my Xmas cold so rest is good.

Re: The Dew Drop Inn Virtual Rugby Pub
All this talk about Christmas is getting me excited.
Kiwi/Penfro - Feel better soon boys.
This year I will be getting up early and going visiting with the GF to her family. excited by that as even after 5.5years I still haven't met everyone.
Then back to play with the nephew and have dinner with the family before heading down to herself again that evening and spending time with her family.
Rince & Repeat for Stephen's day. although still trying to get to the Ulster game. it's a long shot though.
