When Donaire and Martinez subject was discussed about who was ranked higher p4p, their recent record was taken on board as is for all fighters, but Mayweather is excluded from this rule?

Mayweather's recent inactivity may have a bearing on his current p4p status but has no bearing whatsoever on his ability as a boxer and, if we're comparing his ability with that of Manny, then it's obvious why so many pick Floyd. Loathesome individual but quite simply...a better boxer than Manny!

Most of the boxing is saying Martinez could take Pacquiao title if Pacquiao has a poor showing against Mosley, even Martinez himself.

Martinez has himself at no.2 on the p4p list with Pacquiao 1 and Mayweather 3.

And while the topic of debate in the rest of the boxing world is about Martinez taking over at the top we seem to be still stuck in the dark ages.

Beer in the whole Wlad Haye debate only one of the two fighters involved has ever pulled out of the fight once the contracts have been signed and it sure as hell ain't Wlad.

Get annoyed with the willingness of people to but Haye's PR. Don't think for a minute they are the easiest guys to deal with but Wlad has signed in the past and it was not him who went missing ladt year and signed to fight Audley. No party is blameless in the affair and to call a guy who has signed the contract for the fight as a ducker is unfair.

Hmmm, interesting point here. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and if anyone thinks their opinions are wrong, then they are entitled to say so.....and should be able to back it up.

That is total and utter nonsense D4 and you probably know it. Every list I have seen has him no lower than 2. Can you post a sample of lists that have Floyd as 3 or 4. And lists from Manilla will not suffice.

Maybe a couple of years ago, but most people now do think Mayweather was overrated and that he ducked Pacquiao.

I have never called Mayweather a rubbish fighter, just because I think Pacquiao will beat him it doesn't mean I think he is rubbish.

Manny lost to Morales because he ....errr.....had blood taken from him the day before the fight. It weakened him you see, Nevermind that Morales had blood taken also. Perhaps Pac is more used to needles injecting things into his system that taking blood out. maybe it gives him added strength. Who knows?
