Falcons to sign Oliver Tomasczyk in next few days which pretty much means Murrey is gone.

Re: Leicester Tigers
It's a shame to see Murrsiah go as when he's been on form it's a split between him and Hudson to who our best player is.
Grant Sheills will come back to the AP a much better player for a year in the RFUC.
I was speaking to Mark Layercock tonight at the Seaton/Rovers game and he was saying that they are in talks with a few of Deano's mates down at Leicester and Quins about coming up. Not surprising one of the players was Tom Williams but others which shocked me where Ollie Phillips , Callum Green and here's there ambitious bid Geordon Murphy. He was saying if they go down to expect the likes of Joel Hodgson to be playing 9 week in week out and Joe Robinson and Mark Wilson to cement places in the back row.
Would love a team based round youth
1.Sheills
2.Vickers
3.Tom
4.Hudson
5.Green
6.Robinson
7.Welch (c)
8.Wilson
9.Hodgson
10.Goppereth
11.Tait
12.Fitzy
13.Hufanga
14.Kibirige
15.Catterick

Re: Leicester Tigers
Pooly I swear you told me Hodgson was a 10, when I started playing him at 9!
Would like to see Wilson and Welch a lot more, and maybe try and pick a young hooker from somewhere. Vickers is alright for Champ, but with the time in that league we could groom someone for the AP.

Re: Leicester Tigers
Hodgson is a 10 mate, I've seen him cover 9 but not convinced.
6. Robinson (the NE Stephen Ferris)
7. Welch (the NE David Pocock)
8. Wilson (NE Kieran Read)
Would be a great backrow going forward

Don't worry it's typical that the best players/players I most want are NFS.
I don't seem to be very good at this trading lark.
How about Dan Cole? When does his loan run out?

Richards has by all accounts said he'll play 9 in the championship if they go down because it entails a lot of decision making but won't have as much affect in the game as it would if he played 10. Will Welch is a class act , If i was Lancaster i'd be on the blower to him telling him to join at Premiership club and prepare for a Saxon's call up.

Could we get Benjiman involved?
I can't believe Welch hasn't played more this season but i think there trying to keep him under the radar a bit.

Re: Leicester Tigers
Van der Heijden set to return to NZL, and apparrently Falcons are looking at Scott Macleod as a replacement. Could be alright as a squad member if in the Champ next year.
Would you take £10m for Deacon?
Also have some interest in Cole, Parling, Harrison, Youngs, Care, 36 and Benjamin

I know i'm always asking annoying questions, but can someone clarify what the rules with transfers are?
I'm under the impression that..
We have 2 foreigns when this season finishes. We have a foreign U21 coming at some point, that won't count.
So effectively, I could sign 3 players between now and my first league game of next season? is that right?

For Care Goode is possible. I would need Tait to be in the deal to cover for him but I would offer another player in return

Yer I've been trying to think of a deal to suit us both using the players listed yesterday and because of the make-up of my squad I couldn't. Potentially if other deals happen I could see something but it's dependant on them

You remember what I wanted for Mullan, I need more than that for Marler....do like Cole :P
Genia could be available as I do like Youngs + Care, need another gain though
Morgan we will never come to a deal on disagreements on where to rate Waldrom...

no way around the Cole thing
I think Haskell isn't as effective at 8 so I'd need another gain cos it's a drop in quality in my team albeit not a huge one
