These are very rough and each bid is took on a player to player basis.

I'd still go with Phillps personally. Gets a bit of a kncoking but will surely be rated miles higher than those two?

Phillips could easily go up in the next 3 weeks too with a good performance vs Genia. I'll always rate him highly if the plan suits him and poorly if it doesn't
