It's interesting - in theory and only knowing the vague details, it sounds like a good idea to think in advance how to offset any potential overspending and making sure the regions don't run up huge debts (more than they already have) and then need a bailout.

Still it'll be interesting to see what happens in the next 4 years with regards to player movement

I think it's going to the point now where the regions will just be developing young players then having them move in when they reach their mid to late 20's like what happens in New Zealand now.

We have so much talent in our academies it's a good situation in some ways.

I think your right it will be interesting to see what happens.

I am very proud to see the cooperation between the regions and the WRU. After all they all want equal success.
