2012 returns

Hi everyone,

What with Jericho returning last Monday, I was just wondering who you think will return to the WWE in 2012.

Batista, Brock, Hogan.......

What are your ideas?

Not to turn this into a football thread, but my girlfriends family are from Oakham, was up there for xmas, went to Leicester-Ipswich game.

They are very much looking forward to knocking out Forest at the weekend.
Should be a good game.

RVD is heavily rumoured to be making a return when his contract is up in TNA (March).

Also can see Lashley returning at somepoint unfortunately.

Yeah it's looking likely according to the dirtsheets, not something I ever wanted to see again personally.

What does he honestly have to offer to the WWE?

When I watch him in TNA he just doesn't seem interested, and I can only hope that going back to the WWE may ignite a fire in his belly to perform again but I highly doubt that. He'll be looking for one last big pay cheque before retiring.

I think Batista will return to be honest, no prospects of movies or MMA for him so will return to the WWE.

I would love a Batista return, think he has alot to offer if he continued the same persona he had just before he left.

Let's face it, he's wasted in TNA. A man of his talents shouldn't be restricted to breaking up brawls every week on TV.


So he should come back to WWE and be revealed as the Anonymous RAW General Manager, the man behind the Nexus, the Higher Power, the man behind GTV and the man who drove the Hummer in WCW.


And that's just for starters.

I dont recall RVD ever putting anyone over, never mind the likes of rhodes and ziggler, in fact i maybe wrong but i dont even recall RVD ever losing clean in TNA! RVD must have a clause in his contract that says he must never be portrayed as weak or lose clean to anyone! why do companies pander to these types what benefit does RVD trashing everyone put in his way have to TNA?

Difference is that TNA would have thought that they needed RVD... WWE (I presume) know that they don't. I could see him coming in to get a similar role to Rey Mysterio. Get his fair share of wins and TV time but also be an enhancement talent for the right performers.

I reckon a few 'vets' could return in the Rumble for a 1 off. I can see the likes of Foley as Cactus Jack making an appearance and Road Dogg.

Other than that, Batista will return and I'll 'stick my neck out' and say The Undertaker.

If there is going to be 40 again give three of them to Foley so he can compete as all three alter ego's
