First topic message reminder :

Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing the pictures of Steve Shingler, Tim Visser and Sean Maitland above the bar!

So pull up a chair....what'll it be?

Ale cuppa coffee mug guinness cider RedWine Bubbly

Ospreys don't play a very 'Welsh' style of rugby, do they?

ha, that's pressure on the O's and Dragons then, they've got a lot to live up to with you not getting to see Mr Parker.

Where's Cari tonight? Surprised we haven't seen her yet.

I'm doing better than you sound Cricket! Think it was Dreamer who recommended hot water, honey and lemon. I agree. And add a little whisk(e)y if you have any. Brandy will work also but don't overdo the measure!

Injury nightmare so far for Ulster! Pedrie Wannenburg off and Humphreys off with a hamstring. Typical- one week out from the Heineken Cup.

Ulster with two quickfire team tries- Rory Best and Dan Tuohy applying the finish. But Pienaar can't convert either.

Ulster 19-10 Edinburgh. Wannenburg might be a precaution but it sounds like Humph has done his hamstring Sad

Need Ruan to find his kicking boots for next week!

Cricket - yeah he had a great wc, seems to almost be playing by himself tonight.

Dragons seriously fired up this evenign but they lose the ball again in the 22!

Matthew Morgan being targeted defensively big time.

Maybe just try and get yourself a good nights kip before your early start. Getting up at 4am for work is not easy even when you're feeling well.
