Even if Leicester could afford him

Would/could Chris Ashton become a Tiger?
I'm not so sure. Austin Healey did with a similar-sized ego but without the baggage of previous international celebrity.
Tigers could afford him but would probably be prevented by the wage cap.
Pity on both counts.
No doubt the Sarries will snap him up.
Good luck to him though.
Shame he won't stay with the Saints.
