Mason Ryan
I don't know if its just me but I haven't seen anything from him that says he was anywhere near ready to make it on to TV. He was so bad Monday but no one on here has mentioned it. He looked like he didn't have a clue what to do next. I doubt we'll see him for a long time, if ever again. Thoughts.......

He sounds more and more like Batista every day.

The only reason we won't see him ever again is if:
A) Vince keels over dead
and
B) He does something to annoy Triple H or Steph.
Otherwise, because of that physique of his, he'll be given plenty of chances to succeed in WWE.

Re: Mason Ryan
He is absolutely awful. At least Batista had a presence, and could be good on the mic. Mason Ryan is a very poor man's Batista. Shame as he is Welsh, the UK and Ireland are doing quite well in the WWE currently.

He reminds me of the sort of bloke that'll be wrestling in leisure centres (badly) up and down Wales in the not too distant future.

I don't think he'll be pushed to the stars like Batista was or become a world champion - I think the Americans are far more keen on the Irish than the Welsh (as a comparison to Sheamus' success). I think he will be repackaged after Nexus and probably end up in a tag team and wrestling on Superstars like Tyler Reks or Koslov.

Re: Mason Ryan
To be fair to the big guy he said himself he was nowhere near ready for a push and said he isn't even ready to be the FCW champ, what's the guy supposed to do

I suppose he has to take his chance, do his best and hope that he stays there. If he is sent back to FCW he wont be dropped as he has the physique that the WWE love

Re: Mason Ryan
Indeed, he was offered the chance to move up to the main roster - that's not really an opportunity anyone would turn down now, is it?

Re: Mason Ryan
Vince really likes the big guy and his similarities to Batista is uncanny. I feel he will still remain on Raw and will get a push (obviously after a reasonable amount of time off after the punt).
So I feel Mason will remain in Raw and may get a big push. He is a monster with a lot of talent. He just needs to work on his mic skills, which under Punk can be done.

Re: Mason Ryan
The best thing that WWE can do for Mason Ryan is to keep him with Punk. He can be to Ryan what HHH and Ric Flair were to Batista.
Have him act as Punk's bodyguard, keep him out of the ring as much as possible and let him learn the ropes away from the spotlight.
