Mine was a loan deal plus a future fee of £7million.

Granted, he would probably accept Porto IRL, but i think Sao Paulo would've wanted a bigger fee for an initial transfer. Especially as if he was a success it would attract bigger bids!

It's fair enough mate, don't think the fee is enough personally.

Yes, but i have a buyback clause in it.

Barca can buy him back for £5mil after 1 year, £10mil after 2 years and £15mil after 3 years.

In fairness, he hasn't played for Barca since April 2009. He's been a regular for Barca B, and the offer is a fair reflection of his potential, so it's a win-win for Barca. If he does well, they can buy him back without any hassle. If he turns out to be rubbish then they've pocketed £4.5mil.
