Poor Sky Getting It Wrong
Just seen the 'current' standing and proposed qualifiers as the pool stands and they had the Blues down in 7th as one of best runners up. Well they should be there as one of qualifiers not Edinburgh due to head to head results. Plus have better average than Edinburgh.
Never mind Sky better luck next time.

Re: Poor Sky Getting It Wrong
I saw the table last night and thought the same thing but they did say on the commentary of the Quins game that they would not be applying the head to heads until the last game was played and that Edin-Blues would swap places if they both wound up on the same points.

Red,
They are ahead anyway on points difference as well regardless of currenr head to heads

It goes to tries scored, not PD
They dont count head-head until the last round finishes, but technically, the Blues are ahead.

The official HC website and ESPN also show Edinburgh at the top of the pool table.

Re: Poor Sky Getting It Wrong
Edinburgh are top as points are level and next decider until all pool games are complete is tries scored.
If they finish level after R6 then Blues will be top courtesy of more match points in their head to heads, however I can see Edinburgh getting a TBP against Irish next week and the Blues winning but not getting a bonus point, which would mean Edinburgh will win the pool.

Possible for Blues and Ospreys to go through very very lucky chain of events for the Ospreys but possible.

Maes, you really have gotta let it go now! Ospreys are not going to go through.
Blues could get maximum points against Racing if they change their fly-half.

The Blues could be a good team if they had a decent flyhalf..

i cant belive how close the blues are to a home quater. next weekend will be tense.
the blues should get a tbp. i cant see rassin' sending more than a development side the the schitty schtadium next week.
but the win is the most important thing and i would rather have parks at 10 than ceri, or henson. maybe we can borrow priestland now that the turks have crashed and burned

I think Sweeney looked much better than Parks, he tackles. Parks also miss kicks makes poor passes and so in that respect they are little different.dogtooth wrote:i cant belive how close the blues are to a home quater. next weekend will be tense.

Wales Today within the same report said the Scarlets were playing Saints away on Saturday and then pointed out that the game was Alain Roland's first in Wales since red carding Warburton
