I'm still not that sure about this one if I'm honest. I can see both sides points of view, but i don't know what the anwer is.

My hopes for it is that they do more for players leaving the game and ex players getting more support .

Its a good idea for the players to have a union. Will be interesting if they get state of mind involved and what they do going forward
