Paul O'Connell OUT!
Paul O'Connell is out for revenge this weekend after stating that the welsh demolition job on the Irish in the RWC was one of the lowest points of his career. Go Paul!

Isn't it amazing what a few years do. Not even a slight quickening of the pulse when I read that. Yes, I suspected the traditional Incomplete sentence lark (it being the time of year for them) but it only works when the victim would actually be terrified by the idea. We're not.

Re: Paul O'Connell OUT!
Are you guys serious? - this guy leads from the front and without him I think there would be a huge shift in momentum - You might know better but I'm surprised if that's the case as POC has been on fire so far this year when I've seen him

Re: Paul O'Connell OUT!
Paul O'Connell being out is wishful thinking. The Welsh will be walloped up front on Sunday, they've no front or second row left. Ireland to walk this one.

Yeah me too, O'Connell's a great player but I wouldn't lose any sleep if he was out.

Re: Paul O'Connell OUT!
O'Connell was out for a long spell not so long ago. Of course we'd all much prefer him there doing the commander role. But we'd also like to have O'Driscoll in the mix too. We'll get by without O'Driscoll and we would get by without Paul.
Some people like to think we're still a semi-professional outfit with only two world class players in the guise of Paul and Brian. We're saying 'not so'.

Re: Paul O'Connell OUT!
I think all the Munster players are shyte. They should all just sit at home and watch the game from the comfort of their armchairs. Although they'd probably pick up injuries doing that too...
In all seriousness though, without POC there's no way in hell that Munster would have been 6 from 6 in the HC. We may not have even qualified.
Now I'm perfectly aware that this is Ireland we're talking about that that there are other options available but let's not kid ourselves, none of them are up to POC's standard.
Ye bunch of ingrates.

I've sent the dossier to Paul - he's really upset that you all think he's crxp and he will try extra hard on Sunday to win you over again
The BOD dossier, well it worked didn't it

Re: Paul O'Connell OUT!
Symptoms of anxiety from the most fiery personality in Ireland when BOD isn't around. Usually it's Gats you see bleating when Wales are on a collision course with heartbreak ("The Welsh dislike the Irish" etc) but this time it's POC at the front unable to resist causing ripples in the water with the stones of insecurity
The first stone cast, the first chink in Irish armour exposed. I suddenly feel reinvigorated about Sunday

What did he say Knowsit? Was it good? Did it get your juices flowing?
"Yeah...*big Paul sigh* we'd be a bit annoyed with losing to Wales at the WC. Yeah...*tired Paul sigh*we'd want to pay them back for that one. Yeah...*big Paul yawn*I am kinda talking monotonously but then I have to be here talking and you have to listen to me, it's in the contracts......now where was I? *yawn* Oh yeah...we'd be a bit mad at Wales for that beating......"
Dreadful stuff altogether Paul.
