Webber to Bath
A good signing. If we try and play some rugby, he should fit in well. Needs to improve his throwing-in though. With Dixon back off to SA, and Mears nearing the end, made sense to sign a quality hooker. Batty is probably a bit miffed though.

I would have said a very good signing, and will fill a gap at Bath - defo things to work on in his game, but he will comfortably do a good job imo - a loss for Wasps

Yup...and as mentioned before...Lindsay is gonna have to step up for Wasps now...which in turn could be very interesting as English Hookers go...

Got to fear for Wasps a little bit, desperately searching for a new owner and home. I hope that this doesn't start a trend for them, it's not nice to see their decline. You have to wonder what would happen to the club if we were to catch them in the league.

Really pleased to be signing a solid young english hooker with a bright future.....since john humpries and Mark regan we have missed having a brute in the middle......mears has made up for his compartively dimunte figure by having one of the best skillsets of any hooker about (and boy have we missed him this season) i hope he passes on that knowledge to webber.
