Re: Season 2 Homepage 2
I would have snapped his hand off for that Bull. Considering the top talent that is going in the TPs for like £10 million, £35 million for Kane is a bid you should have accepted immediately.

If Bull needs Kane he doesn't need to sell him.
My question would be, if you need Kane so badly, why wasn't he involved in your last show?

We've got guys in our fed we've had since the start that we've not debuted yet due to a thing called getting maximum impact when they do then debut
Bull obviously knows his stuff!

Re: Season 2 Homepage 2
Clearly he does!
For the record, I was very very close to TPing for Mike Tyson, I went for Super Crazy instead. The Tyson/Butterbean thing you have planned, very interesting. I hope you get David Arquette in as well.

Re: Season 2 Homepage 2
Tooze has calculated the results for my league.
I am just taking the dog out and will then do Tooze's league and post them together.
There were some in Tooze's league who did not vote so there will be points deductions as applicable.

Week 2 Results
Tooze's League (inc NWO v HaK)
OVW v T-League
Winner - OVW
I thought this week seemed a little bit of a letdown from the past week in the t-league. It all just seems like
a bad episode of the attitude era from the late 90's everybody brawling and chasing each other injuring them.
I don't understand why Garrett was bumped from his match only to be replaced twice. I also think there needs to
be more matches on the card than 3. I did enjoy the debut of Abyss, I do quite like the idea of a future
match between HHH/Abyss. Needs to add a couple more matches to the card. I also quite enjoyed the match
for the TV Title, good bumps with all 3 included
Really enjoyed the show from OVW this week. Probably the strongest show put on. I enjoyed the Kevin Steen segment
at the start with his I dont care gimmick from ROH, also enjoyed the match with AJ Styles. I also quite like
that guys like Adam Cole & Kyle O'Reilly are getting decent pushed and not getting lost in the deck. The teasing
of the video package at the end is what swung it for me this week. I can't wait to find out who it is.
OVW: I’d want to watch every single match and that main event sounds awesome. Great show.
T League: Great roster but feel it was underused having just 3 matches and one being a squash.
Reason: I really liked T-League's show, although I think with a main event of Triple H, Angle and Shawn Michaels, there isn't a need to get mid-carders like Road Dogg and Abyss involved, even if I can see the logic behind it. I felt OVW's show lacks any star power, AJ Styles offering the only real name value, I think the show suffers from it.
6wE v NxTreme
Winner - 6wE
I felt this week that the matches were very brief, it did get the point across but I feel that there should be
a little more detail in some of the matches. Good card with some decent match this week in 6we.
However I though it was a big let down with the dance contest. I'm hoping that CM Punk gets his shot soon,
I guess that's all leading up to the PPV soon though, I just though the star power as in today's wrestling
just gave the egde to 6wE this week.
I don't understand whether the legends are ment to be in their prime or as they are now. It's a good consept
with the family's feuding but at times I can see one or two miss matches such as Cody Rhodes against Mike DiBiase.
Where was Randy Orton this week? He only appeared in a segment, I'd like to see a little more of him. Good
suprize this week with Stu Hart. I'm likeing the Queen's league which will hopefully lead to a Tamina/Natalya match
Tough choice here but i think the main event was better in 6we as i really liked the event with Cm Punk and Eddie
nXtreme: Just loving this fed idea, my one gripe is that you really have to suspend reality on it having generations (though having dead wrestlers in other feds does the same thing really).
6WE: The roster is great, the storylines though need some grit adding, why are these people fighting one another?
Reason: I really liked 6WE's show which kept things moving and I really expected CM Punk to win the match, so for Eddie to win was a nice touch. I thought nXtreme was a bit filler, like it was one week too many so had to fill it with matches rather than any long-term storyline progression.
EWC v MWF
Winner - EWC
An interesting show from MWF this week. I enjoyed the debut of Super Dragon getting involved at the end. Also
interesting to see where this Miz/Storm partnership goes to but can't see it lasting going for the title. Was
a pretty good card on show, I'm just not a fan of the rounds in a wrestling match.
I enjoyed the card put on this week in EWC. I did find the opening segment and some of the matches a tad to long
in places. There was a good style of matches put on and would be decent to see in any promotion. I just felt
that EWC has a slighty stronger roster which showed in a few matches. This just about swung the vote for me.
Close but felt the main event was abit better in EWC but both shows have been great
JJ’s fed continues to impress writing wise. My main gripe still is just the wrestlers involved. I just wouldn’t want to watch Test v Jerry Lynn or Lashley, Batista & ADR main eventing.
Tooze’s fed still suffers with what’s on paper a light roster but impressed with the storylines developing.
Felt EWC had a stronger main event than MWF, I'm still not a fan of the round styles of MWF which I feel limits it and would make the show a bit hard to follow. I prefer my wrestling to be a bit more soap opera.
NWO v HaK
Winner - HaK
Both shows have been doing well but i think H+K has got my attention due to the very good storyline that seems to be developing.
Really hard call this as I loved both sets of tactics. I think the NWO has the edge in the quality of matches, but H & K Wrestling have more meat on the tactics themselves. In the end I gave it to H & K for their man event and the quality of writing in the tactics.
For Nay this is prehaps the best of the 2 shows he has written so far. why was warrior in 2 matches though, could that be too much.
H&K have put on another belter of a show, I am really liking the way they are going
NWO - Good show, not sure Zema Ion should be in the main event but a good match nonetheless. The Scott Steiner heel turn should have been so much bigger IMO, it was the second biggest thing and the biggest shock of the entire show and it happened at the beginning, with not a lot else to follow it.
H&K Wrestling - A well written show, although the midcard was a little underwhelming, the stable of Bradshaw, Bully Ray and the rest are looking to be unstoppable and I look forward to seeing where they go from here.
Loved both shows but H&K just nick it due to the intriguing black vs white storyline. NWO shouldn't be too disheartened at losing this week tho!
YI League Results
D.C.W v S.C.W
Result is A Draw
DCW
*The idea of putting the world title on an unknown may be scoffed at by many but I applaud it.No way of making new stars in the business if they aren't given a chance. The idea of putting Bennett together with a manager would be an action I applaud as it helps him get across even more.
*A good mixture of serious/comedy moments allows the show to flow well.Think the utilsation of Grizzly Redwood deserves recognition.
*The innovation and idea behind the main event is nothing short of "genius".Could really imagine that taking place and think it is to be applauded for thinking outside of the box.Would definitely tune in to watch more of this show.
Very well written, an improvement on last week which wasn't bad by any means. Less matches than last week and it felt like a better all round show. The title match at the end was great, i'm almost seeing Heath Slater as a face challenger and it's believeable too.
SCW
*The emphasis on tag team wrestling is good in this division, allowing young talents to demonstrate their abilities will allow them to grow.I like how the Usos and Mexican America are portrayed.
*The main event scene in SCW is nothing but exceptional.Benoit,Roode and Goldberg is definitely something worth getting excited about. Also loving the use of John Laurenitis,a perfect mould for the GM position.
*Can't fault the show in any way really, just felt there could have been a few more backstage segments aswell as a little more interaction between the top talents.I would like to see Benoit/Roode getting abit more intense, almost competing to be the man that takes out Goldberg with perhaps Sheamus waiting in the wings to pick up any pieces should the chance arise.Think with those four at the helm then this fed could get very much more interesting in the coming weeks.
Very strong card, my one issue would be using an unnamed Jobber in a match, i'm sure that's why we have a roster of wrestlers! The backstage segments were very good.
I liked both shows but DCW just nicked it. I liked SCW's use of Roode and Benoit. However Goldberg squashing random jobbers is getting a touch boring. DCW was a good show especially Grizzly and the Bellas. DCW however needs some star quality as Bennett and Slater does not a main event make!
Nice twist at the end by DCW. I am still not a big fan of their undercard however. SCW has a good well rounded show and is nicely building Roode as heel champion and the Benoit v Goldberg expected feud.
T.P.W.F v KOTR Wrestling
Winner- KOTR
KOTR
*Enjoyed the formation of "Team Canada".Like the way they are not too far up the card but still built to look strong,a dominant mid-card stable to make things interesting.
*Excellent work with the depiction of Raven. His manipulative side is something that should be played on to the maximum.
*Not an awful lot of backstage segments. You don't the show to be swamped by them but they add good depth to storylines if used well.Think this fed could benefit from a few more to get character's personalities across.
I almost feel embarassed to critique this, incredible show, some great matches up and down the card, and great storyline development.
TPWF
*Not a real complaint (as everyone is entitled to write their show as they want) but wouldnt find X-Pac defeating Big Show so easily very believable, but that might just be me.
*Think the Vince & Shane heel combo works well,if used properly then there could be some great stories made from that.
*Enjoyed the segment between Sting & Undertaker but then having Sting lose cleanly to Cena didn't make a whole lot of sense to me.
*If the show was about Scott Hall then maybe show him arriving,or a little more interaction between the NWO.I think the roster is full of potential and maybe storylines will come into fruition but right now everything seems a little haphazard.
A definite improvement on last week, development of the Sting/Undertaker feud, but it just lacked something. It was also short on matches again, only 6 of your roster were actually competing and I feel you need to use your midcard better.
TPWF continues to improve but KOTR was a much better show in my opinion. Looking forward to Joe vs Raven already. TPWF's use of Hogan continues to baffle me!
Really really long tactics by KOTR. Can you cut them done for next week???? TPWF has a good stable of wrestlers but I am not sure which direction he is taking them (apart from the Undertaker bits). Other stars need their own storylines.
YIMCA vs LWWF
Winner-YIMCA
YIMCA
*Jeff Jarrett in the GM position is something I would rather see than him being an in-ring talent.I think Jarrett can talk a good game and that translates well on TV,just wouldnt like to see his over-rated performances in the ring.
*Like the way Ciampa was made to look strong but still put the world champion over in a losing effort. Not alot of companies do that situation well but those that do are to be applauded, helps to make the mid-card stronger
*The swerve involving Ziggler/Y2J and Jarret at the end was intriguing. Will be interesting to see where YI goes with this.Is Ziggler going to be a face?.because that would be something I would be interested to see, because I am not sure it is viable. Also cannot deny that the prospect of Eddie Edwards vs Y2J is nothing short of spectacular.
Very good show, good to see last week's match built on with continuing feuds. Not sure about the Jericho/Jarrett alliance, although I look forward to seeing where it goes. Very good use of midcard.
LWWF
*The sheer talent of this roster from top to bottom is sublime so there is really no excuses for this fed not to succeed. In saying that, with talents such as Paul Heyman and William Regal I am surprised to see that neither of them is the on-screen GM as I think that would have created some great storylines
*The intense story between Bret Hart and Steve Austin gained my attention more than anything else.Although i am a massive fan of Rock/Brock I just didn't buy into the intensity of their feud as much as the chemistry between Austin/Hart.
*In my own personal opinion I don't like the idea of Low Ki & Regal being the backup to Lesnar.I don't think the character of Brock Lesnar should ever be used as someone who hides behind others,it's not believable.
Very well written show, lots of star power in the matches. Captivating show, really makes me want to see next week's show.
Both shows were great this week and unfortunately for LWWF someone had to lose! YIMCA's main event was the edging factor and the use of Jeff Jarrett is great. However, YIMCA could be made better by putting the winner in bold after the match. LWWF was the second best show of the week (behind only YIMCA) IMO, with Hart/Austin/Rock in the same fed a juggling act is needed. Intrigued as to where the show goes next.
Close match between the two...some excellent tactics. LWWF just has the edge when it comes to the matches in the show.

Re: Season 2 Homepage 2
I think that was more of an accident than written like that on purpose.Like the way Ciampa was made to look strong but still put the world champion over in a losing effort. Not alot of companies do that situation well but those that do are to be applauded

I thought my Week 2 show was poor, yet I won
It bodes well for Week 3, which i'll write properly now I know my injury.

I’m really sorry I didn’t vote this week guys. As you can probably tell from my all-round absence, work is off the scale at the moment.

And thanks for the nice comments about my show. I’m really chuffed to see that some people are enjoying the punts I’m taking, and not just thinking they are too leftfield. Thank you.

You don't deserve feedback.

I don't think of it as Brock hiding behind Low Ki and William Regal, as he hasn't actually done any hiding. They're just riding on his coattails essentially.

Really sorry, I haven't yet voted. Is there still time to do so, had a really crap time of it recently and then had to go to Manchester for the weekend and am being bombarded with Uni work. If it's too late then fair enough.

Re: Season 2 Homepage 2
It's too late as we already have the results, it just means you lost a point. You and Demon drew, you and Demon didn't vote, you and Demon both lost a point, no harm done

I think Twist's main event is also one of the most star-studded.

Isn't that the problem Bull?
No midcard.
But I look forward to seeing where you're going with that.

Problem is people don't like the direction I am taken my fed. I feel like TNA I have 20M I could use to freshen it up, but Bull isn't nudging.
2 losses on the bounce, but building for my PPV. And believe me guys you are going to be blown away
