Was thinking we could post all of our comments for the CB Series here since there will be 12 round matches in this triangular tournament.
I'll update the heading for each match.

Brett Lee ruled out with a broken toe and will miss the series. He'll be out for 4-6 weeks.
Some interesting stats & analysis on the triangular series since it's inception in 1979-80.
http://www.espncricinfo.com/commonwealth-bank-series-2012/content/story/551766.html
(1979-1989)
WI winning ratio 6.77
Aus wining ratio 2.35
However, since 1990 the winning ratios for both of these teams have headed south.

Hi rich... congrats on the rugby.
Yes, they say they're resting him... maybe trying to experiment in these early matches with possibly 4 spinners Rohit Sharma/Ashwin/Rahul/Jadeja along with some medium pace from both the Kumars?

Re: ODI Series - 3rd Final: Australia v Sri Lanka, Adelaide
scotland frustrate me so much at rugby recently , we seem to play well , have alot of possession but dont have the killer instinct to turn it into points and then one mistake and we lose
but onto the cricket :P
there were rumours of a rift between dhoni and sehwag as well , its not like sehwag has spent that much time in the middle during this tour that he needs a rest

The hot nor-wester breeze will make bowling difficult this afternoon.
Once night falls it will probably drop off a bit and be more pleasant for the Aussies in the field.

Aargh... sorry mate. Thought you were English. Ooops.
I tipped Scotland by 4 so I sort of share your frustration. At least 2 tries went begging - so close but England got that freak charge down try then defended adequately for most of the game.

I can imagine there would be some sort of clash with those two.
Warner gone for 6! Inside edge back onto the stumps off the bowling of Vinay Kumar.

easy mistake to make , i played cricket as a kid at the school i went to and at that time if you were a cricket fan in the UK you followed england regardless of the national conflicts that caused with other sports
i've never really viewed the england cricket team as a national side tho as it is wider than that, its just called england

I see. Would love to go visit Scotland one day.
Players have gone off the ground now. Thunderstorms are in the area and a bit of rain... and it's gone pretty dark now for 3:15 pm.

Where was all the rain when India was struggling big in the test series? What a frustrating thing.
Hopes the match now gets rained off, as a ODI turned T20 is a farce.

Mostly up north, msp
They're talking about of possible start in about half an hour but it will be reduced to 32 overs a side... which is just short of a farce.

Fine thanks mate. Nice big 6 from Wade just then. Are you having a peep at this or watching the Test? (I'm hopping back & forth a bit)
Good luck later today v Wales.
117/3 after 22 overs, Wade 63*, Hussey M 34*

216/5 in the end.
David Hussey 61* It will be adjusted... don't ask me how.
So it was a slow start, then a few hours rain interruption, then some fireworks from Wade and the Hussey bros. after the resumption of play.

217 to win for India - so no adjustment?
They should treat it like T20... with 12 extra overs.

Flattery will get you nowhere... the trebell jinx does not work in some instances (you schizoid Paddy!)
Is it safe to check the other score?
Another catch to Ponting off the bowling of McKay. Kohli out for 31

Apologies for not setting this match up earlier...
SL made a fair score of 233/8 off their 50 overs with Dinesh Chandimal top scoring with 64 runs off 81 balls. Dilshan made 48 and Angelo Mathews chipped in with a valuable 33 runs towards the end of the SL innings.
Ashwin (3/32) and Khan (2/42) were the pick of the bowlers for India.

Poor shot from Sachin.
Kohli has been one of the few positive things abotu this tour. Definatly showing signs of being a top Bat.
Just need Sharma to come through at Test level now..and the rebuilding work is in full throttle
