Day off for me today to look after the littlest one, as the wife has gone up to London to an open day at http://www.againstbreastcancer.org.uk/ as she has been doing a lot of fundraising for them recently.

I thought it's tomorrow luckless, normally does it on a Thursday. Rumour has it that there will be 2 changes in the pack (Parling for Palmer and Morgan for Dowson) and 1 in the backs (Dickson for Youngs).

Wouldn't surprise me at all if that is the case.

Welsh (Osprey supporting mainly) regs, what is Tom Smith like? We have signed him from you for next season.

Those are the rumours I've heard, too. I read on the BBC that the team would be announced today, but there's no sign of it yet.

Do you see our lineout as an area England can target? It's not infallible, far from it, but I don't know if England necessarily have the personnel to disrupt us on our own throw. How good a player is Parling?

For me Parling's all round game is not great, but he is a real lineout specialist and I suspect that is the reason behind his inclusion. It is also why I think there will be minimal changes in the backs, as I suspect our gameplan will revolve around solid defence and Farrell putting us in the right areas to pressurise the Welsh throw.

That's not a bad plan, Ozzy. But with the greatest respect, I hope you have no luck whatsoever with it.

Palmer looks like he has copped the blame for England losing 4 lineouts on their own throw v Italy. It's actually not a bad call, given AWJ's selection for Wales. Gotta feel for Ryan Jones though; he's played pretty well.

Ryan Jones has had a great couple of games, Hound, but I suppose that makes him a great asset for us to have on the bench, ready to come on either at lock or in the back row.
