What team do you support? True answers only
What's your nationality?
I'm interested in the composition of 606v2 - there's certainly a lot more Scots than I'd have expected for a start!

Re: What's your nationality?
Yep Scotsman here, strong blood ties to Wales (Dad) so I like to see them do well. Blood ties to England too but due to the gloaty nature of my English Cousins, Uncles etc I like to see them get stuffed

I could play for any of Scotland, Ireland, England, Pakistan or India(!) but Scotland it will always be.

I didn't want everyone to put mixed and then we're none the wiser with the stats.
If your two teams were playing in the world cup final (or four teams in the semis, whatever) ... which one would your heart go to?

Either the Scots are taking over on here or they are better at avoiding work than the rest of us.

Re: What's your nationality?
As the OP mentioned I too am surprised by the number of fellow scots on this forum.
For me I'm 100% Scottish. Although I've heard rumours one of my grandparents may have been Welsh, English or none of the above, but I never really investigated that one any further for fear of the answer.
So Scotland only.

Re: What's your nationality?
KickAndChase, this is a good idea for a poll, but asking people who they support isn't necessarily the best way to find out where they're from. If that makes sense.

I'm English, but am eligible to play for Scotland and Australia too! I have a real soft spot for Scotland, and enjoy following Australia, but am English through and through.

Well I could represent Wales, England or Ireland. Born and raised in Wales though so a no brainer for me: Wales.

I'm English, parents were English, grandparents were English, great-grandparents were English etc. I apologise to all fellow 606ers for having such boring ancestry, although i do believe i have a great Uncle from Tiverton but we don't like to talk about him.

Sorry it looks like the Scots used their lunchbreak to vote and the Welsh and English skivers are now logging on.

My dad's a Gog and my mum's English, but her grandfather was a Gog. I was born in south Wales, so I'm Welsh with Gog ancestry.

It's a county of England (right at the South Western tip of the UK) although many claim it to be a separate country. It is one of the 6 'Celtic Nations', it has its own language (virtually extinct) and flag etc... But yes to all intents and purposes it is England and therefore I support England. Although if there were a Cornish team...

Re: What's your nationality?
I would like to say schoolboy retired! Once I got to 15/16 everyone suddenly got a lot bigger than me. I think it's probably too late to start playing again and convert to SH!
If you've got any spare time in Falmouth give me a shout and we can continue the banter in some suitable drinking establishment!

Born in Nottinghamshire
Lived in Sierra Leone West Africa (before the civil war) and a short time in Gambia from the ages of 3 until 9 years old.
Lived in Canada for the past 4 years. Will become an canadian citizen when I get my ass in gear and complete the paperwork.
Mum is 50% english and 50% welsh (unfortunately ) although wassaved from a life of welshness adopted at young age by my english grandparents.
Dad 100% english as were his parents.
In conclusion I'm english and will always class myself as such. Any change in my citizenship status is purely for my personal gain.
