Problem is I don't rate Huth highly enough to fork out that much in that deal. Plus it also unbalances my squad, so I will have to hold fire and i'll come back with a counter offer.

I'll explain.

Rodwell + Huth = Lamela + Montoya + Raul Albiol + Sow + 4M

That's a DM/CM + CB = AM/LW + RB/RM + CB + CF + £4M

If the CB was Ivanovic it's a sacrifice i'd make, but it doesn't feel right to me.

As for Huth = Albiol + Montoya and cash, Albiol is a Real Madrid player for a reason, because he's better than Robert Huth. All Huth has over Albiol in being in my team is that he's German.

I'd do;

Rodwell and Huth
for
Lamela, Albiol and Montoya

Value-wise it's in your favour yet you want cash on top of it.

Strootman + De Bruyne = Rodwell + 3m (Compromise on your previous offer)
Or I could add Saha and you add 6m?

Regarding Lawyers offers, i've already turned down £15M+ for Lamela and Sow cost me £10M+ so I reiterate my Rodwell and £4M for Lamela and Sow and add that I cannot go any lower as i'm already losing out with that offer!

By "talk about it later" I assumed you meant if I wanted more cash in the deal but I dealt to get it finalised quicker and lost out on potentially a bit more cash.

No deal and no deal. Badstuber is unsellable, it would actually weaken my team to replace him with Dawson or Huth. And Schurrle cost me a fair bit over his value, so to lose him for Agbonlahor who I don't rate that much wouldn't make sense.

The more I read about Strootman the better he sounds, admittedly I've not really known of him before this league, but I'm not going to sell unless the offer is really big. I paid a lot to get Cabaye because I wanted to pair him with Tiote, so would take a lot for him to go as well.

Nolito, however, could go, despite me being a big fan of him, name your price, it all depends if I can get Hamsik off Viva.
