I like to have chemistry between the centre backs, and Ruiz-Rami are a good pairing, that's why I'm not so keen to sell him, was thinking Vidal-Marchisio chemistry would be good.

Yeah we're at an impasse then as Gotze is just not for sale full stop, I have that level money as it is so I don't need it and you can see from the end of season nominations how highly Gotze is thought of on here so I'd be a fool to let him go.

Morning Twist, I've had a think and I wouldn't do a Koscielny deal for Cahill as a straight swap

What I would do is Koscielny + Sahin + £4m = Cahill + Vidal

As you're building a distinctly Germanic team, I thought you may have interest in Sahin as a German born and raised player (even if he does play for Turkey), as well as chemistry between Khedira and him due to Real Madrid links.

Well, the respective TM values are £9.7, for Marin, and £17.5m for Vidal, so how about:

I do like your face (probably, I've never seen it), so please don't take my rejection of your offer as an insult to it...

Vidal was important for me because he is the type of player I needed and so now I don't want to lose Koscielny, and Marin is my only other specialist AM in case of injury to the godlike genius of Ozil, as well as being a versatile son of a gun. So at the moment I don't think any deals are in the offing.

Toulalan and Gonalons for Khedira?

I think Toulalan isn't that far below Khedira, so if you want him that badly i'd only do a straight 1 for 1 swap. I'd be willing to let both leave for Khedira and ??? as well, but seeing as i'd have to reshuffle my midfield options I wont let them leave on the cheap.
