Re: Scotland Brazil
We know we are likely to lose. That's not what matters. It is a chance to test ourselves against the very best.
This is a throw away game for the fans to enjoy themselves.

I was gonna go but i plumped for the Derby instead, should be a good day out, the Emirates Stadium is lovely and a great place to go for an exhibition match.

I can't decide whether or not they'll totally hammer us or if it'll be another 'heroic failure'.
Anyone know if we're going to play any strikers on Sunday?
Craig Levein could play 10-0-0 and still come out at the end and say "Well I expected us to get a goal".

It's not hard, most of your side would be lucky to play for Albion Rovers!

That is a very good shout KB.
I actually struggle to take any positives out of the match!

Re: Scotland Brazil
I'll take a positive out of it....
Neymar is class!
I hate Gary Caldwell. Actually hate him. But the amount of last ditch blocks etc he got yesterday was impressive.

If only Charlie Adam had tried a simple pass once in a while you'd maybe have got a bit more of the ball.

Good point...he was mince yesterday.
Re: Scotland Brazil
That is all Caldwell can do DT - throw himself at the ball. He is the biggest useless lump in the world. How is he a PL standard defender?
Charlie Adam was dump yesterday. Does it for club but not country from what I've seen so far - another Darren Fletcher?

Re: Scotland Brazil
See Fletcher for me is expected to play a different roll for Scotland than he is for United.
He is surrounded by creative players at Utd and is allowed freedom to break up play and get forward from time to time.
He is expected to be Scotlands main attacking force. That is not his game.
I think he is a victim of his own reputation at international level.

Cannot believe that West Ham had a good go to snatch Neymar last summer. Think Chelsea will have to pay a few extra quid now if they want him.

Re: Scotland Brazil
Positives for Scotland:
Craig Mackail-Smith getting on for a few minutes so we could see him jogging onto the pitch like he'd just soiled himself. Every step he took you just knew he was going "Ooh! Ahh! Ooh! Ahh! Oof!"
And that's about it.
