Why hate Tavis Knoyle?

jsut why? scrooling throught old forums of him on v2 and on other such forum websites there seems to be a general idea that hes awful. Dscussing him today and the first thing my friend says is' he s**t'. every time ive seen him play ive seen but a young talented scrum-half yet everyone seems to think diffrently.against Argentina for wales in the summer he was superb. he and Lloyd williams are gonna battle it out for the future nmber 9 shirt.

With Rhys Webb I'd argue too.

I like Tavis, it's always good to have different types of players in the same position.

Tavis suffered from lack of game time travelling with the Wales squad and was then expected to be back at his very best when he came back to play in the Pro12. Impossible task if you ask me.

Add to that he'd had a niggling shoulder injury that then needed surgery...guy couldn't catch a break.

Fingers crossed he comes back better, sharper and stronger when he's fully recovered from his op. The guys got tons of talent.

He's a good player, a few don't rate him though.

I guess the problem is he always struggled when he starts a game, but always does brilliantly when he comes on as a sub for the last 20-30 minutes.

He had a good impact for Wales as a sub in the last 6 nations.

The main problem i have with him is that he tries to play like Mike Phillips but he isn't nearly as strong as him so isn't so effective a lot of the time

I don't know about other people but I don't hate Knoyle, I just think he's off form (and injured). I'd love nothing more than to see him get back to his form of a season or two back, in which case he'd be giving us a nice dilemma with Webb and Lloyd Williams.

When he did play in NZ he looked highly hesitant and made a couple of unforced errors, he was like this until he suffered his injury. Hopefully when he comes back he'll be better.

Dwayne Peel should have gone to the WC instead of him in my opinion
