I would like Ramirez but I feel I've built quite a good side. My midfield can cope without him but would suffer if I lose Pedro. Unless I get a decent replacement coming the other way he NFS.

I'm not too worried about the U21 situation, I've just got Butland from foreigns and I'm sure I'll find someone cheap in foreigns, I'm looking for a backup winger anyway.

Bonucci/Mexes could be used as the direct replacement for Pepe, and I could give you a gain elsewhere?

While Moutinho would be the main target for me in your side, I wouldn't want to lose two defenders for a midfielder, especially as the TP market for defenders is very weak.
