The aim of this thread is that I will post a YouTube link up to a song that I am a fan of. The next person that comments rates the song out of ten and then puts his own link up and so on and so on! Hope it picks up, its a way for everyone to be introduced to others music tastes!

Such an outpouring of inner-pain. Such feeling. The only way to feel that kind of emotion and to really sell it live, is to actually have experienced it in Life. Im giving that rendition a 9/10. The one I heard was 10/10.

Can't fail with those two, but that's a decent pop song 8/10.

Wow - weird. I was just thinking about that song. Its brilliant and I love the feelings expressed in it, but I can't listen to it too often...otherwise I might just throw myself in front of a train. Despite that I give S&G's Sound of Silence 9/10.

Gerry Rafferty - Baker Street

I've never liked that song. The verses are good, as is the lyric, but it's the saxophone on the chorus that spoils it for me. I've heard it so often it's become hackneyed. 6/10.
