The aim of this thread is that I will post a YouTube link up to a song that I am a fan of. The next person that comments rates the song out of ten and then puts his own link up and so on and so on! Hope it picks up, its a way for everyone to be introduced to others music tastes!

Fair enough Loosehead, parodies aren't for everyone, I really enjoy it though as I love the original song and really like the lyrics of the parody.

The message of the song is commendable but I can't stand her voice. It's fine on 'Linger' but on this, it's like a zombie yodelling. 6/10.

I'll listen to your Coasters song when I get home (they frown on rock music in work) but I just wanted to say I love Zombie, think it's one of the great rock songs and the Cranberries best song.

Also love the Zutons Valerie, and like you am annoyed that it's ignored. Better than Amys IMO

I preferred the video to the song. It wasn't bad, but it was like an album track that you can tolerate sometimes but skip most of the time. (Or just not download, if you're a young 'un.) 6/10.

It's an important song by an important artist; but I've never really been a fan of Bob Marley. I acknowledge his significance and the musical ability he had (and the Wailers too, I've seen a performance of 'Concrete Jungle' they did on the Old Grey Whistle Test, they're tight as anything), but I've just never bought into it. He's too worthy for me. 7/10.
