Last Sunday, Scotland lost a match by 6 points, two penalties that sounds very little considering France have possibly the strongest league in the world even less when we conceded multiple penalties at scrum time to the French all over the pitch to the point that any time we knocked the ball on we knew that there was a penalty coming. That is one of the most demoralising thing for a team especially one trying to play expansively like we were.

Scotland have a specialist scrum coach, Massimo Cuttita, he is in charge of one thing and it is never strong and is, at times, obliterated by the opposition to the point where it undermines our tactics and our game plan. Yet, not once, has someone asked why he still has a job.

It is arguable to say that with a good scrum Scotland would have won last Sunday, Robinson got his part spot on, we don't have a weak pack, our's is one of the strongest and most dynamic in the tournament yet we cannot scrummage.

You could argue that with Murray it's fine but he is only available for 70% of the matches we play and even with him it's not perfect, do we get rid of him and put all our time into Cross?
