I thought both leagues were done Nick? I know that League A was done a few pages back. I think Hero said he was waiting until he was at work as they were on an excel spreadsheet, so they should be up soon.

Reasons;

London Silly Nannies v City of Norwich

Nannies have much more of an attacking threat, and Norwich has a hard time breaking Nannies down.
A game won by mistakes rather then brilliance, Nannies did not look so hot in a diamond formation but luckily Norwich played some players in positions not so familiar to them.
A little extra quality won this game
close game but TLSN just get away with a win
front line and wingers will overwhelm the City defence, especially the full backs. City might nick a goal but I don't think they have enough in this game.
LSN lined up well with a 4-4-2 Diamond formation, with Toulalan and Kroos at each point. City of Norwich went with a straight 4-4-2 with Nasri and Meireles in the middle, neither one of those is that good at being the defensive midfielder, and it hurt them as Kroos was able to support the strikers frequently where as LSN had Toulalan to break up play from CoN's midfield.
Slight edge to Nannies, Sanchez being the crucial difference between the teams

Walker Texas Rangers FC v FCUnited of B

Two evenly matched teams, open game with lots of chances
I feel both teams were quite equal in their style of play but Walker Texas had the edge upfront while FCUnited looked toothless.
Both attacking midfielders were instrumental as they fought out an entertaining 1-1 draw
both teams equalled each other out, was a fair game
I can see each side cancelling each other out, both have strong attacking players so there should be goals. Draw in the end, can't seperate the two times.
FCUoB had a very strong midfield in their 4-2-3-1 system, Lassana Diarra and Joel Matip both very good DM's in that position, leaving Willian, Neymar and Costa to run at the WTR defence and supply chances to Danny Graham. WTR also had a 4-2-3-1 system, but with Scholes and Veloso they had players who were better in possession than FCUoB and with Gaitan and Di Maria creating chances for Fernando Llorente they were able to nick the win based on Llorente taking more of his chances than Graham.
Can't split them, imagine it would have been a decent game to watch

AFC Swamp Donkeys v Sporting Sideburns

Keita has a lot to do in the middle of the park with Rakitic pushing forward. Suarez is able to exploit this in his deeper role througout the game
A strong Swamp team who were very dangerous up front and caused a lot of problems for the opposition. I liked the way they set upmade it hard for opposition and attacking when they get forward.
Wingers got a lot of room and supported well by fullbacks
very very close game , AFC just snatch the win
I like the 5-3-2 formation used by the Donkeys. With the firepower they have in the forward 3 players they will score goals and they should be solid enough to handle anything Sideburns can throw at them.
A very strong 5-3-2 setup for Swamp Donkeys, and a mouthwatering front line of Cavani, Drogba and Suarez. The wingbacks are very good at attacking and tracking back, which boded well for them. Sporting had a straight 4-4-2 with Keita in the middle of the park doing what he could to stop Swamp Donkey's front three, but it was a losing battle ultimately as Samuel and Dede couldn't cope for the whole 90 mins. The back three of Swamp Donkeys were able to keep the front two of Sporting Sideburns quiet, and the holding midfielders of Van Bommel and Tymoshchuk controlled the game. Sporting's change to 4-3-3 got them back into the game but was too little too late.
A wall at the back and a strong threat going forward gave the donkeys an opening day win

FC Furious v Jacamos United

FC Furious have a lack of attacking threat in the middle, but are able to combat everything Jacamos throw at them.
Furious got the win with better tactics and messages to the players, the three in midfield worked very hard to take control.
Sessegnon and cassano drifted inside far too often and they were exposed to frequently down the flanks
close game but FCF snatch the game with a late goal
I can see this being close but I think Jacamos will just edge it due to how their formations match up. I just think they're more likely to score rather than Furious.
Jacamos had a very strong 4-2-3-1 line up, probably not a weak link in their entire XI. FC Furious were able to defend well against Jacamos with their 4-5-1 system, and it let to a tight game despite the big names attacking for Jacamos and the prolific Soldado upfront for Furious.

That was a shame, I think he was annoyed at the feedback. However, he did pick his players so he has to share some of the blame. Took the gloss off my win a bit, because I thought I had just the right tactics to deal with his players.

Anyway, apart from that, I think things went well tactics/results wise. Shame that inthefastlane disappeared but I think everyone did tactics and got their votes in good time.

I am up for deals OK

2 managers?? Fan left and who else?
Didnt Nadz say he was in?

Fan a funny guy. Im sure I told someone watch him lose and quit. I also told him when he bourght his team (was when I said I wasnt interested in his players he tried to cuss my team,) i told him people have different ranges of knowledge so the best thing to guarantee success is buying the Prem players people all know and the top european.

Nad said he may not have the time.....Inthefastlane has done a runner as well.

FC might join. To be honest though I think the person that takes Fan's team needs to be able to do a new draft. I think it would turn people off.

I agree to an extent. People wont want to take that team over. But doing a new draft is difficult due to all the players gone as isnt fair on the new manager and existing managers.

Hummm, slightly annoyed by my result but thats because I wanted a win. Nothing to do with tactics.players/votes etc. Just the usual disapointment of not winning.
Reading comments it seems the draw was a fair result.

My issue with 3D TV & Cinema is that I already wear glasses.
So wearing the 3D glasses over my normal glasses just makes me look a total chuftie.

At least at home you'll be able to look ridiculous only to loved ones.

How long will it be before they invent 3D glasses that can be used as regular glasses when you're not watching TV... Like transitions lenses, but with dimensions.

Laugh I've never even heard of iPad gloves, but it sounds like a vital component to work it effectively.

Maybe you could have the same frame, but just pop lenses in and out when you want to take in Lion King 3D.

Patent pending.

Well they'd be glasses that just screamed t**t for anyone else.
It's like people that wear iPad gloves.

Did you have the same problem when you was a kid and you did chemistry and you had to put goggles over your glasses?

Painful memories for me......

3D is not worth it. I have HD, only because I brought the telly. If you want to watch a 3D film, you have to go to the cinema. I wear contacts when I do

I've only recently been introduced into the world of HD sport.

Was anyone else slightly underwhelmed? I was expecting to see every expensive hair on Wayne Rooney's head, but it doesn't seem much different to be honest.

Im not bothered about the 3D TwisT but the fact its a Full 1080p HD AND 600Hz TV is what sold it to me (price obviously). As its a £D tv its future proofed a bit. Only thing its missing it internet and I can doo all the internet stuff odd my PS3 so no issure there

I hate buying any electrical goods like that. They come up with all this spew, usually from a teenager still needing nappies. All I want to know is:

1. Does it work
2. Does it fit in my living room
3. Can I afford it.

Answer all these, then just box it up and deliver it within 48 hours you spotty greasy git.
