How many tries will be scored in the 6N this weekend?

Afternoon all.

As it's Friday, I thought I'd canvas opinion on how many tries people think will be scored across the three 6 Nations matches over the weekend.

If you're feeling really brave, comment and tell us how many you're expecting.

Personally I'd have my money on 11 tries.

KRD we have to hope for this to be an exciting weekend of flowing try scoring rugby.

Wales will hopefully contribute a good number against Italy in Cardiff, though I would hope a very one sided Welsh balance to the account.

Ireland and Scotland will hopefully be a more even accounted contest but plenty of good scoring going wither way. Scotland have and exciting back three and a clever pair at Halfback. The backrow battle should be great fun to watch too

Probably the least likely to encourage tries will probably go against the grain. both teams have a committed defence though France have a much more potent attacking game.

I think 10, broken down as follows.

Wales 2
Italy 1
Ireland 3
Scotland 1
France 1
England 2

I'll go for 16-20. I think Ireland v Scotland and France v England will be tight enough so maybe between 3-5 tries each there.

I think Wales will do a number on Italy, maybe 8 tries or more and Italy perhaps Italy will nick a couple late on.

14 tries:

I won't mention names just games.

2 in one game

4 in another game

8 in another game.

I think one of the teams is going to cut lose.

I've not been far off up to now. Let's just hope England (and France) don't let me down tomorrow

Hopefully it doesn't all go wrong for me tomorrow both in terms of predictions and as an England fan

Believe SAM, Ireland showed how France can be beaten. I would love an England victory tomorrow
