I blame my sisters neighbours as they are from Cape Town, it seems they have taught her that the Boks are the best after Wales which annoys her English father but makes me feel all warm inside.

Ok this want intended to become an england Wales slanging match. It was just a comment about one pundit which I thought was fair enough. I guess there will always be petiole who take it too far.

Well they were wrong to teach her the Boks were the best AFTER the Welsh, the big question here is who taught them about rugby?

Ah that would be me and her maternal grandfather so I think getting the boks to second place was a good effort, they babysit but I buy her presents so I bought her support. Wales have just won a slam of course and she looks very pretty in her welsh top. Again that will mildly annoy her father.

He made his comment about England and how far they have come since the RWC, and that winning 4 out of 5 games, and only losing to a very good Welsh side. Is a great achievment for this England team.
Wales won a Grand Slam so just enjoy it, and lets see if, if Wales can improve on this in the summer tours.
Nice change of tack there Madge. Wales won't win a slam you said, so now your next attempt at a dig is our tour. You are poor. I'll tell you what, enjoy English rugby from your armchair and just concentrate on your own country for once!!!!

erm is this some sort of propaganda thread.
its just complete lies and out of context, then you get the usual welsh suspects agreeing with you,
I am all for free speech- however i am not interested in people telling lies and half storys.

The best bit of Dally I ever saw was his prediction of an England vs New Zealand final in last years' RWC Vintage!

Re: dallaglio
As a Welshman, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole of the six nations, and, overall, thought that we probably deserved to win the grandslam. That said, there is still a lot of work for this Welsh team to do if we want to keep improving. Personally, I think we need to tighten up with our discipline, and not give away so many silly penalties and yellow cards. We also need to learn how to manage a game more effectively, and cause the opposition to play the game the way we want to play it, rather than playing the way they want to.
But lets not forget that this Welsh team is a very young side, so they have plenty of time to learn how to manage a game, and to play to each other's strengths, and build on a very good foundation.
That said, I have also been very impressed by this English side- they put in some very good performances, and showed some real grit. I think Lancaster should get the job full time as he has done very well with them in such a short space of time. The players obviously respect him and want to play for him- again, given time, they could become a very good side

Fair comment surfer & congratulations but there were some very close calls along the way.
In hindsight I wish England had played Wales yesterday but it all bodes well for the future of 2 relatively young sides.
