Hagan, Macklin, Archer are the only IQ Th's playing in ireland. Is that correct? They need to look at Andress.

Fitz is constantly injured though. He isnt a bad scrummager mind you. Cant be selected based on zero gametime mind you.

Any good Irish props playing in the Aviva? I don't think you guys really have the choice of selecting home based players

Andress is the only player in the Aviva I can think of

Hagan. Not stating regularly, but thats it.
Unless you want to bring back Buckley or go for Andress?
Hagan to Connaught for regular gametime?

Hagan. Safest option.
I don't mean safest option in terms of our scrum getting a d!cking. I mean safest option medically by the way. He can't scrum very well and playing one game at a decent level since he moved to Leinster doesn't give me great hope.

Yeah our only hope with Hagan is that with White going to Connacht he'll get quality gametime next year and weekly coaching from Feek surely goes some way to making up for the gametime he missed out on by leaving Connacht.

Andress came through the same development process at Quins as Ross, and while he was not quite in the same league, he was a solid starter by the time he left and had a good injury record IIRC. Worth a look.

In the long-term can you try and steal Kieran Brookes back from Leicester. Pretty decent scrummager and all-rounder.

We won't have Brad to prop up the scrum though-I can't see our scrum being as destructive against Ireland as the English. The Crusaders got dealt to by the Chiefs the other week-some ABs there got a kick up the backside. You guys should have O'Connell back too to tighten things up.

Based on yesterday's scrum you'd be better off with anybody at 3, up to and including tomas o'leary

He's turned out for the Saxons so is a no-no. Why-oh-why did we not keep our mits on Paul Doran-Jones?? There's a guy called Royce Burke-Flynn in England too - anybody know anything about him?
Anyone know how the IRFU go about discovering players from outside Ireland that are IQ? Is it up to the players themselves to come forward or do they employ someone to investigate?
