Greatest Premier League Comeback?
As a QPR fan, witnessing that 13 minute comeback last night has to be one of the greatest comebacks I've seen in a long time (Sorry Liverpool fans!). Credit where credit's due, Coates' goal was a cracker!
But, I was just wondering, what would be your all time favourite comeback in the English Premier League? Is it your favourite because of the amount of goals they came back from, or was it because it was done in such a short space of time?

Liverpool vs United in 93 I think it was, finished 4-4. The game just kept swinging one way then the other.

Newcastle 3-4 Liverpool. I believe it was 1996?? The look on Keegans face when Collymore scored the winning goal after good play by Rush and Barnes was priceless!!!

Man Utd's comeback against Spurs in 01/02 season. Weren't they 3-0 down at half time or something and went on to win 5-3??

Re: Greatest Premier League Comeback?
As a Spurs fans I was unlucky/lucky enough to see Man Untd come back from 3-0 down to win 5-3 at WHL in 2001.
If Newcastle's late effort on goal had sneaked in last year in the 4-4 draw with Arsenal that would have gone down as one of the greatest come-backs as they were 4-0 down with less than half an hour to go.
I know this is not the Premiership - and was also a very long time ago - but Charlton came back from 5-1 down with 20 minutes to go at The Valley against Huddersfield to win 7-6 in the 1950s. A certain Johnny Summers got five for Charlton.

Good on perry. Still think Liverpool cruising up at 2-0 with 13 minutes left to then lose against a team in the bottom 3 by 3-2 is absouteley fantastic.

Is that bookmarked Tooze?
Newcastle 4-4 Arsenal springs to mind, Man Utd's comeback against Chelsea this season was also good.

Re: Greatest Premier League Comeback?
All the ones above were great.
A highlight for me being a villa fan, was being 2-0 down to Reading in the fa cup in 2010, coming back to win 4-2.
Carew hat-trick.
Was great to be there.
Or the time when we were 3-1 down at half time away to Wycombe in c cup.
Came back to win 8-3.
OK I know these are not prem games, but hey.

Not sure about the prem league best comebacks but I remember I think it was last season Motherwell were 2-6 down in SPL and it ended 6-6.
Best game I ever saw was an SPL game!
Shameful..

Re: Greatest Premier League Comeback?
united have had a couple of good comebacks against spurs i was there for the one where we were 2-0 down at half time and won 5-2 i think it was.
while it pains me to say so, city had a fantastic come back again against spurs in the fa cup when they were 3-0 down and down to 10 men but won 4-3

Great game. It finished 3-3, Utd were 0-3 up. Think Nigel Clough scored twice and then Ruddock got the equaliser!
But Utd's comeback at Spurs as got to be the best 3-0 to 3-5, it can only be Utd.
