IMO I hope he doesn't play again this season, and I hope he never plays for England again (if found guilty of course!)

BUT the book says 12 weeks minimum.

The panel were Welsh and Scottish!!! Don't even try and say they were biased towards England. !2 weeks is the entry point not a minimum. Minimum is 6 weeks (50% reduction max). Last citing was 5 years ago. All your points are WRONG.
