I don't think the league needs to boil down to an us vs them mentality and I'm sure that most if not everyone votes for games on merit as I do, rather than perceived dislike of anyone else. Of course I can't speak for others but I've no inkling that it does happen.

It's all well and good to criticise each other and claim one has better football knowledge or does better tactics or whatever, but does it really matter? I play these games for fun and because it actually helps me expand my football knowledge (which I can fully recognise isn't the best here...but I don't care!).

Do not try and play games Hero, you said it before that Cherry has more wins then both me and Nick and put a laughing smiley. An you say it again why is that you picked him again? You could have chosen any other manager that won a game but not it's him don't try to pull the wool I know what you mean you're just making yourself look silly trying to cover your story.

I don't go and copy other peoples opinions like you do, Afro says one thing you agree every single time and just copy whatever he says you have no voice just steal what others say and do a quick google search.

Yeah just like you had proof when you cliamed others voted against you. Stop being a hypocrite Hero.

Laugh

I still laugh at that phrase whenever it pops in to my mind, genuinely makes me let out a stifled chuckle!

I think these fellas could all do with a trip to the wangbar to cool down and have a drink and a dance in a private room with Big Al. Let them get their frustration out.

You believe that you stimulate conversation through your actions, but you only do it through antagonising which works in the short term but all it actually does in the long term is bring the mood down and deter conversation.
If I tend to agree with Afro it's generally because he talked sense the vast majority of the time and it's a bit rich coming from someone who's head is so far shoved up Nick's backside it's untrue.

I think we're at the point now where it might be for the best if you both resign from the managerial posts, your contribution is no longer beneficial to the board and it's actually the case where managers refuse to join due to your presence and others leave due to it.

I say that because the whole site is a forum for people to have different opinions and discuss them, whether about RL sports or sports gaming. To ask two people to leave because they've argued their opinions, no matter how rightly or wrongly, makes a mockery of 606v2 being called a forum.

Nick, I don't have a personal problem with either you or Viva, other than Viva's overly long tactics ( Wink )

Humm, wise words from Marky Mark.

Cheers Marky.
Do I offened you with my few posta a day like Hero is suggesting I offend members of this league/forum ???

Hero, just because your a mod/founder of the site/whatever you are dont try get militant.
I would file a complaint about you under the grounds of defamatory content and / or affecting the integrity of a person as that is what your trying to do to my name aswel as Vivas name.
But all your mod chums such as Nando would just ignore the complaint and/or flip it so its me thats in the wrong.

This is a forum, a forum where the mods cant be trusted to act responsable and maybe investigate one of their own??? Thats the question that needs answering

No it's not due to them having a simple difference of opinion, it's due to them constantly antagonising others.

Have you PM'ed them a few times asking them to stop with the threat of being banned if they continue? Because that would be Step 1 IMO.

Anyway, lunch break is over. Aint no thing like a Chicken wing. Or 10.

I think Nick and Viva need to stop antagonising others, even if they don't think they've done anything wrong. It seems someone's complained which means it's become an issue, so other than with people they are good friends with on here, they should tone down their banter.

Hero, far worse stuff happens on 6WF Trash Talk, as we both well know. At no point was KB or anyone else asked to leave 6WF. If Nick and Viva want to continue they should be allowed to, but make them aware that if they keep antagonising people then they will be banned and no longer have the option to continue here.

None of this should have been public, it should have been nipped in the bud early via PM. But it's turned into the 606v2 war number 912.

Oh my days. Nando, were you not on the other day when I explained my point of view/opinion??
I dont think you were as you would no have made the above comment.
So I said (the jist of it)
Do anyone want to take over my team as I cant confirm my tactics for every wednesday. Its the middle of the week, my industry is at its busyest then.

Pervious time I had said this: During misweek groundsmen/greenkeepers are busy working on the pitch/greens etc. On a friday landscapers finish for the day midday, most groundsmen/greenkeeprs bugger off. One who dont example Footie groundsmen as they will ahve matchday sat/sun but they will have already ordered their goods so therefore im not busy on friday afternoons.

TSC,
Fan...fair point. But myself and other pointed out the obvious to him. There was the majority of the league telling him not everyone has the same knowledge range, if I recal there was a load of stuff on the weekend which was when he actually quit.

As Nick's pointed out, Fan didn't leave solely because of arguing with Viva. Fan left because he didn't like the feedback he got from YI Man/Gav. Or at least, that was the final straw.

Is Viva being targeted because he has a different opinion??
Am I being targeted because I can guarantee tactics for Wednesday???

Is this all just a conspiracy against Viva and I ???

Does Hero have a master play to boot two of the most influential member of past and present leagues??
Why does Hero not want Viva and I in the league??

The answer to all these questions nobody knows....well Hero knows some of them....which leads to the question of will he answer them?

The plot thickens....dun dun derrrrrrr

Am I being ignored. This is the 3rd time I have made my point and it could be the 3rd time I receive no responce.
Thats good running Wink

Nick, it's way above my head. All I know is that if you want to release a player from your squad, i'm the man. If not, it's all guesswork.

I just want to know who I have offended and what I've said and who or why people won't join the league because of me. I don't think I offend people here but some people may think I do. If I was told that I am acting a bit too naughty and some people don't like it I would stop.

I think there are loads of worse people then me on 606v2 who constantly argue or challenge the mods on here. When was the last time I said something to you Hero before today? Ages ago, I kick off once every two months but there is always a reason for that.

My main problem is what are the reasons people won't join.

Football related question now.

I have a tough decision to make with my Croatia squad in the Euro 2012 tournament. Namely the strikers.

I've got;

Eduardo
Nikica Jelavic
Mario Mandzukic
Ivica Olic
Davor Suker (as we're allowed to have legendary players from the past in their prime)

Which one do I drop and why?

If the pair of you can cut out the wind up routine and actually be productive to the league then you can both stay but I'm serious on this matter that this is the last chance.

Marky I'd drop Eduardo due to the form he showed whilst in England.

Viva, probably no one. Sodhat and Marky have been on today and seem fine. Think its just Hero making poo up.
Oh wait, maybe Nando tho as Hero was spending time posting on here to you/me tellin us to leave when Nando really wanted to....... Ill stop there. Hero will probable ban me.

Marky, Id drop Mario Mandzukic or Eduardo.
Based on Suker was a badman in his prime. Ivica Olic can still be a preditor, he showed that Tuesday night. Jelavic is in the prem now, will get more recognition from people.
