I've now got 3 very good strikers in Lisandro Lopez, Didier Drogba and Mario Mandzukic, building my squad up brick by boring brick.

I wouldn't try to sign him, he plays for Barca and the back four hardly get tested. He is a proper wasteman not a Barca play all he does is kick all day moan all day and get booked all day.

I would still class him as a DM.

I wouldn't want him. He's a dirty git; like Michael Essien but nowhere near his talent. Can't tackle fairly, can't pass the ball the way he should, can't score. Really don't know why Barca signed him.

Afro thumbsup

According to Crawley Town's Chief Executive Alan "Bullsh1t" Williams, former Premier League managers, current Championship managers and a manager currently in the Dutch league (Eredivisie?) have applied for the vacant Crawley Town job!

I'd be amazed if that was true.

Who believes this is true?

Manchester United winger Antonio Valencia returns to Wigan Athletic tonight, and former manager Steve Bruce reveals the major role he played in sending the Ecuadorian to the league leaders. "Real Madrid wanted him and so did Bayern Munich, but Wigan chairman Dave Whelan and I wanted him to go to Old Trafford," the ex-United centre-back told the Manchester Evening News. "That was always going to happen if we had our way!"
