I have no intention of playing Alaba CM, he played LB for Bayern last season very well, and he is exactly the type of full back I need.

I would be wanting a lot than that for Bale. I paid a huge amount to get him, and would be wanting more than that to even make me consider selling him.

I'm not sure Pereira is better than Gibbs at LB as he is really a converted LW, but either way he isn't better than Ansaldi who will be my first choice.

Ansaldi is injured.

Pereira is a terrible LB. He is woefully out of position all the time, hugs the touchline and is more concerned with attacking than defending. It is like playign Drenthe at LB.

Vidic and Pastore are not for sale. I had to part with Xavi to get both

He is brilliant going forward granted, don't agree that he is adequate defensively.

I would rate him higher there, although I would hesitate that other managers might think LB playing LW and automatically mark you down without thinking about it
