ACASOAM v Bagins

Marky has too many men in defensive positions and invites Bilbao to attack. They don't hold out and eventually cave in.

Bilbao Baggins had good possesion but didnt make it count. Trying to play the ball primarily in the final third allowed ALSOAM to soak up most attacks. Hary made some good saves. With frequent pressure on Bilbao Baggins, ALSOAM were able to nick the points.

Interesting set ups from both sides and legitimately tricky to pick a winner of it. There is some quality in Baggins attack but with the numbers back for ALSOAM I get the feeling it will be a long afternoon for them. ALSOAM don't offer much threat going forward with the sheer number of defensive minds they have in the XI, even when Baggins perhaps commit many forward to break through. In a round-about way I'm calling it 0-0, and I wouldn't pay to watch it...

An entertaining game between 2 of the best teams in the league

Rela Ale v Kumquat Canaries

Sturridge and especially Agbonlahor with his pace got in behind The Canaries too easy and too often. energeticneed more direction in their game than just "Score more goals than them". Real Ale have a good defensice line who are growing together by the week, coupled with some energetic box to box midfielders worked effectivly for this fixture, thay may of been down to Canaries "razzing it up".

olly shouldn't be disheartened by this. Real Ale are just a better team, plain and simple.

Closer than I thought it might be, given the respective personnels of either side, but Canaries formation actually seems to work perfectly in defending against Real Ale. Real Ale squeak out the win on the count of a classier midfield display but it isn't easy.

Sociedad's attacking might is too strong

GAP v TR

Tight game. Forlan & Pazzini know each other from a stint at a previous club together, this showed. The opposite striker Barrios caused some problems when given the chance, think he need more support. There was a lot of attempts to supply Barrios but with no team mate playing off or around him which led to him being isolated for oeriods and becoming fustrated, he even replicated a DrogsDive which led to a booking. Both defences played well but GAP looked the more vulnerable.

2 teams who lack quality up front. It was settled by who had a better midfield (GAP).

Both sides good value for a draw and the similar systems cancel each other out ultimately. Both sides lacking that little spark I think.

Both teams engage in an entertaining 1-1 draw, with a huge battle for possesion in midfield

This guy was on my radar as I had a look at some U17 players in the Furious League, then he made his Aberdeen debut yesterday, 16 year old labelled by Craig Brown as "The Dennis Bergkamp of Aberdeen".

Reasons for League B

London Silly Nannies v FC Furious
LSN - Strong line up, built around Ozil in the middle of the AM's, and with good support around him.
FC Furious - Strong side and plenty of continuity in the back 4 and goalkeeper. Bodes well for keeping Ozil and Cardoza at bay, especially with M'Vila in front of them. Despite the best efforts of Soldado, Ben Arfa and Sessegnon, unable to cause major problems to the strong LSN defence and DM's.

With Nannies wingers going inside, FB's marking them and the CDM's covering the runs, it does give Ozil freedom that he can use to full effect in the middle. A tight game but that gives Nannies the edge

Feedback: The Nannies front four is a force to be reckoned with. Despite Furious having an all United back line they are still vulnerable as there is a lack of experience back there.

Jacamos United v AFC Swamp Donkeys
Jacamos - Very strong side, good tactics accurately guessing the AFCSD plans, good instructions given to the front men.
AFCSD - Very defensive approach, 5-3-2 with 8 of the 11 players defensively minded. Not sure about the instructions for the wing backs to ignore the wingers and focus on the full backs of Jacamos, as you're letting Shaqiri and Muniain drive into the area and I think it creates chances.

Donkeys midfield lacks creativity and the midfield is very defensive. Front two have too much to do on their own to get goals. The quality of Jacamos wingers, and with Donkeys FB's going upfield a lot, means that chances are created for Giroud to finish.

Feedback: The Swamp Donkeys have set up with five at the back which nullifies Jacamos's attacking threat but it does mean that Jacamos have the numbers to deal with The Swamp Donkeys forwards. This could be a game lost in the archives.

Sporting Sideburns v Walker Texas Rangers FC
WTR - Strong out wide, Llorente always a problem for defences, copied and pasted as the fixture is wrong, but still a very good side.
Sideburns - No tactics posted at time of voting.

FCUnited of B.... v City of Norwich FC.
FCU - Very attacking, with 11 Brazilians, lots of flair and skill, but tactics lacking in substance. Use spellcheck for presentation. Pogrebnyak has about 10 different spellings this season! Seems harsh but it wouldn't take 5 minutes to spellcheck your tactics in a Word document before posting.
CoN - Identical formation to FCU with arguably lesser players in Hoilett and Bennett on the wings. I like CoN's tactics but i'm not sure the defence, Silva aside, have enough to keep FCU at bay.

Two evenly matched sides with flair in the middle. I think FC United can attack a weak CB pairing of Norwich and create more out of the game for the win

Feedback: With both teams setting up in the same formation this is going to be a goal fest. Score draw, with Bournemouth not quite tight enough in defence and Norwich lacking in the full back area.

Depends who's online Sodhat.

I've just done some bets.

£5 on Manchester United (in play), Manchester City and Celtic to win in a treble wins a pittance.
£1 on West Brom and Wolves to win in a double (Wolves 10/1, WBA 13/2)
£4 on Manchester City to win 6-1 at 45/1 (considering they've won away by that score a couple of times already!)

Jelavic is looking like one of the steals of the season.

Still don't understand why Rangers sold him to Everton for £5.5 million when West Ham offered £7 million

Make Twist a firm but fair offer for Adebayor.

Xhaka, Sow and £5.75M for Adebayor

Or in TM terms;

£5.3M, £9.7M and £5.75M = £20.75M
for
£20M

Twist, limit is 25.

This will then result in you having a team of a minimum of 16 players and maximum of 25 players.

23 plus 2 star players.

Sort it out thumbsup

Either way, the limit is 25. I'm not the only one with 25 players.
