Best PL XI to never play in the CL?

Thought it'd be interesting to see who makes it if you exclude the top clubs.
To be eligible a player must not have appeared in a CL game for a PL club. I wont count the Everton side of 2005 given they got bounced out after 2 games and didn't make the group stage
