Stats that don't tell all the truth

Nice and easy,

Tell me stats that tell one side of the story but not all of it and then say why it is a false/not fully true stat.

So here are some

Stat - Irish teams win more games in in cities by the sea in HC Rugby then any other country in the HC
Truth - All Irish teams play by the sea so will have a much better chance as teams win their home games

Stats - Only Irish teams that have a capital city in their province will win a HC
Truth - This may be lost on none Irish but Cork is the real Capital so only the westies dont

Stats - You can't focus on two serious competions at once
Truth - Correct me if i'm wrong but the winners of the HC are usually (I know Saints 2000) are in the top four of their league

Stats - 90% of all statistics are made up to prove a point
Truth - 99% of all statistics are made up to prove a point

Stat - Leinster have the 1st and 3rd best teams in Europe
Truth - Their second team is good but the top 15 teams in a serious match would beat them

Stat - Statistics are fallible
Truth - Biltongs' stats aren't.

Its a bit of a guess but I would say that Leinster B has won more games this year as a percentage then any of the other teams in Euro leagues except Leinster and Cleamount

Thats the great think of Stats it means nothing isolated

It is like 90% of rugby players are in bad health because of being obese but if you take bmi and body fat they're fine
