Wales has more young talent playing top flight rugby than ever before and the riches are coming. Now that Paul James is off to Bath that will be another future Adam Jones that is getting quality rugby week in week out.

Definitely a half glass full attitude & I can see where your coming from but you may have a job convincing the likes of Gatts, Edwards & Shane?

You may have to generate transfers for around 15 of the top Welsh players out of the Welsh regions and into the Top14 to make this happen...

Not really is it. If you look at the 6Ns squad, and then remove anyone who is playing in another country or has signed to do so next season, we can feild a team of welsh based players;

Considering that there are other players who were not in the squad that are up to international standards then I would guess that things just aint as bad as you wanna make them out

I think Rhodri Jones might be a bit of Scarlets bias there Spiderman Bevington is ahead of him

Being serious looking at the players who are leaving we are losing either regional filler, or last 2/3 seasons of top flight rugby, players. Aled Brew, Dom Day, Tom Smith, Stephen Jones etc are not going to be involved with the Welsh setup again (if they ever made it). Gethin Jenkins, Paul James, Luke Charteris are all chasing in on reputations they have built, before they start to slump.
