Fifty Cent fighting on a PPV card???
http://www.taletela.com/news/15236/50-cent-planning-to-launch-professional-boxing-career
Could this happen?? I could see a "Kimbo Slice" circus act type fight with some 04-143-01 record opponent for "fidi" to blast away. To be fair, it would get even more people to pay for the PPV probably just to see what happens.
But on the flip side its more than likely just nonsense from Mayweather who is more and more concerning me with his love for 50p.
What ya think fooooooolks!!??

If this distracts the man from making any more of his god awful misogynist records I am all for it, particularly as it will probably entail the tool getting punched in the face.

Ive been watching the recent 24/7 for mayweather Cotto and as Reborn points out the most worrying thing is mayweather's strange obsessive love with 50p he said all I want to do after the fight is go hang with 50p about 5 times in the last episode! slightly worrying to say the least.

50 cents on PPV. I'll buy that for a dollar! Does that mean I get to see two fights?

Something like this was bound to happen. 'Fiddy' is a bellend, who hangs around with another bellend; the two of them coming up with a bellendish idea such as this was inevitable.

From that I take you're not keen on the idea.

I believe that Curtis James Jackson III (that is 50 Cent to the uninitiated) once had a minor dispute a fellow practitioner of Gangsta rap called Jayceon Terrell Taylor ('Game' is his hippity hop moniker). Perhaps they have decided against popping a cap in each others asses and decided to settle it in the boxing ring.

Re: Fifty Cent fighting on a PPV card???
form wiki:
"Jackson began boxing around the age of eleven.
At fourteen, a neighbor opened a boxing gym for local kids.
"When I wasn't killing time in school, I was sparring in the gym or selling crack on the strip", he recalled.[15] In the mid 1980s, he competed in the Junior Olympics as an amateur boxer. "
so when he wasn't 'selling crack on the stip' he was boxing as a youngster.
he'd be a heavyweight usually, but he lost a stupid amount og weight for a film and seems to have put quite a bit but not all of it back on so maybe cruiser.

You think he'd be a heavyweight? I never thought he was that tall or naturally of a big build, would've thought LHW tops. I'm sure that if he is serious & gets into proper training his build is going to change. I must admit he didn't look to be in the same shape as he was around 5 years ago.

I can't help but think how unlucky we have all been- someone shot that Tinkywinky nine times and he failed to kill him-what are the odds of that?

Not only has the rap star shrunk down to a tiny 11 stone 6lbs, losing six inches from his waist in the process, hes also removed all of his tattoos for the role.
Chinny reckon.
It is somebody else.

Re: Fifty Cent fighting on a PPV card???
He wouldn't be 50p over here. Rounding up he's just about 31 pence.

Which funnily enough is exactly 31 pence more than I would ever pay for one of his records.

Maybe convince Iron Mike out of retirement for a one-off fight. If it weren't for its inevitable billing as a 'Celebrity Boxing' fight I certainly wouldn't slam Tyson for taking on this particular debutant.

If its true its a clever little stunt to get a few extra thousand PPV buys and more people talking about the fight.

Re: Fifty Cent fighting on a PPV card???
Great idea it will sell and lets face it 50 is hardly going to make a career out of it. He's been around Floyd for a long time and likes the sport. If it does happen then I have to feel sorry for his opponent who will most likely be a bum but 50 has been shot 9 times and he's still going. He's a beast of a man as well.
