Djourou isn't that bad. He's obviously not world class, but £6.3 million isn't that extreme for a player with Champions League experience and versatility.
My feelings on the Borini signing will depend on whether he's an addition of a replacement. If he's an addition to the squad, I'll be pretty pleased as we need the depth. If he's been signed to replace Carroll I won't be pleased as I think it will be a mistake.
He only played 9 games for Swansea under Rodgers...
