Luiz is more suited to playing as far away from his own goal as possible.

Saying that Luiz was quality in the CL final!

Hazard's deal to Chelsea is almost done reportedly.
Latest rumour is his gf has agreed a deal with John Terry after passing a medical

Ryan Giggs has been more aggresive in his pursuit of other mens women, surely he should join ManU in that case...

Hazard IS taking his time. Has he been spotted/photographed anywhere near OT/Stamford Bridge?
Is there even an announcement today or is that just a fake rumour?

Grant Holt? Don't listen to him
I really feel sorry for him. The press, Twitter, Facebook et al have been making up false rumours about him. When you think about it, it's hard to know what is true. What has he really said?

would just be easier if he just came out and said 'I am going to..' instead of saying, i will make a decision, i have made a decision, i will play in blue, i love red, i love all colours etc...

I think that quote was completely fabricated (although I'm not 100% sure).
As I said, no one knows what's definitely true. All I know is whoever he signs for, he'll get a lot of abuse.

I thought that was the only quote that wasn't fabricated! Of course it might have been translated badly.
So its someone in blue... Wigan?

Southend probably.
I'd say this is the 2nd dullest transfer saga ever, with Cesc to Barca still as number 1.

So Hazard wants playing time in his favourite position, to wear the number 10 shirt, he wants to go to a team that is winning trophies at the moment and they play in blue...
It's Huddersfield.

Wouldn't it be great if he came out and announced he wanted the task of keeping Wigan up next season by himself.
Agree though, it was interesting but the longer it drags on the more boring it becomes. I tell you Hazard better be better than sliced bread to warrant this much attention.

Re: Big Premier League Signings
Admittedly I've never seen him in a match but I've seen a lot of him on Youtube. Of course, even Emile Heskey can look good on Youtube but he looks alright and is a decent finisher. From reading his stats he can set up goals too.

I've just seen Eden Hazard out side Old Trafford with a Chelsea shirt on talking to Roberto Mancini. I think that means he's chose Arsenal.

Add that the french league is of a lower standard that the german league, those are interesting stats. Also Shinji doesn't seem to be the prima dona that Eden appears to be. He wants to be loved to give his best performances. I mean, wtf is that about?

Interesting. People are doubting whether he can hack it at the top level. I think Fergie or Wenger could turn him into a brilliant PL player. Could Mancini or Di Matteo (who will no doubt be replaced sooner than later, even if he gets the job)?

Re: Big Premier League Signings
I actually really want Kagawa at Utd, he genuinely looks a great player and like someone else said, he's not some pre-ma dona and Kagawa hopefully has the work ethic of many of the Asian players we see today.
He would fit into Utd more than Hazzard. The no.10 role is Rooney's and I can't see us changing to 4-3-3 any time soon, which means he's better off going to Chelsea, because he's a guaranteed starter in the position he wants to play. Plus there's already a couple of Belgians at Chelsea am I right?

Or Joe Cole
It's not about any club playing him, it's about signing him then benching him to "get one over" rival clubs. Or not.

Re: Big Premier League Signings
He turned us down I think when he went to Liverpool. I know he's only 30/31 but we would probably only get 2/3 seasons out of him and I would rather Cleverly get that game time. Kagawa is the man I really want us to sign, plus a good right back and left back for the long term.

I knew I was forgetting someone Hero, Strootman looks a very good talent and the pressure will be off him with the likes of Scholes, Carrick, Cleverly all waiting for a starting place. Hopefully we can shift Anderson for at least some money, and Berba, hopefully get 20m all together from both.

well after all that. He's already got on my nerves and seems as big headed as Ronaldo was, perhaps even more. Shame these talented youngsters seem to arise with such ego's. Funny enough the most sincere and level headed talented youngster in the world today also happens to be the best player in the world, possibility of being the greatest of all time in Leo Messi.

Re: Big Premier League Signings
Got to admit I'm completely confused with Hazard deciding on Chelsea, I thought he was just being polite re the fluke CL win.
They came 6th last year, best players just left and don't have a permanent manager. Plus one of their best players plays in his position...
Was sure he was going to go to city.

He can play wide and Mata through the middle or vice versa.
------------Cech
Van Der Wiel--Cahill--Terry/Luiz--Cole
---------Mikel/Romeu---Ramires
Marin-------Mata-----Hazard
-------------Torres
Right manager and depth and thats a title contending side.

Not sure it does, will be a lot of faffing about and not a lot of direct play.
Don't think those 3 will ever start a game together either.
