It was cold lastnight had to put the heating on

Haven't had heater on for two weeks but switched it on this arvo... cold change arrived. Feels cold again.

Storms here the last two days but still not that cold for a heater to be turned on.

It's caused by all of our bloody heaters being switched on.

Hi Billy. Just watching West Ham v Fulham... fine thanks. I had one of those intense headaches 2 days running. Must be the heater. Anyway, was a bit worried when I drank lots of water and took a few panadol and the thing got worse. Then it happened again this morning. OK now though.

How are you mate? Nice day with VSL and those big 4 legged things you put saddles on?

Noy very well here today breaker. SVL is in Norway so i am pretty much sleeping most of the day today.

You OK? Back at work even part time would take a huge toll on your body.
I was like that for a while... sleeping odd hours; then up all night. Just take it easy... read a book or do something you like. Keep your chin (and pecker) up!

Them headaches must be catching, I've got a corker! Right between and behind my eyes.

Staring at this screen isn't going to help either! Lord only knows where my glasses are.

Don't push yourslf too hard billy, if you're sleeping a lot your body is trying to tell you something.

The dull pain behind the eyeball is definitely a dehydration thing. Drink water (and a touch of salt helps) not tea or anything else.

Could it have something to do with the full moon? I felt really wound up these last few days. As you say, sitting in front of this screen and the other big one doesn't help.

How's your hair? Bet it looks nice. Is it longish or shortish?

I've taken your advice LB and got a large glass of water, though I confess I've put some elderflower cordial in it, plain water is boring! And I've found my glasses. And I'm actually wearing them!

The hair looks still looks remarkably the same as it did when I left the salon, the weather's been kind for a change! It's certainly shorter than when I went in It's collar length now, and a completely different colour! Fancied a change D'ya remember Swing Out Sister? Kinda like hers was.

Oh yeah, salt! Doc has told me I need to up my salt intake but I keep forgetting. Don't actually like it much. It was really warm in the office yesterday and I probably didn't drink enough. 2 glasses of wine last night won't help either

Neither do I but every now and then I'll take a gobful.

Also, you can get these nice blackcurrant re-hydration pills which dissolve easily in a glass of water... like the placebo effect. Usually works for me. You feel really replenished with all the essential salts and minerals. Good for minor tummy upsets too.

So like Corinne Drewery? That's what I call 'luscious brunette' (hair) with a strong hint of ... (trying to think of correct colour) auburn?

I think I've got some of those re-hydration things somewhere, sachets if I remember correctly. Have to see if I can find them.

Corinne Drewery! That's her! Couldn't for the life of me think of her name, well done you. Yes, very like her bob was but I have rather more than a strong hint of the auburn! It's proper red. I like it.

Headache gone this morning... I think the deep sea fish did the trick!

I asked the local fish & chip shop where they source their fish. The guy was excited to tell me 'somewhere deep in the Tasman Sea'.

Out off the coast of Holland? Watched some of that show Lobster Wars... atrocious conditions they have to face out there.

The coast of Holland is the North sea, its not so bad there but if you go higher up to off the Damsih coast, it can get really rough.
