My provisional XI for this week is:

Krul
Koscielny - Huth - Agger
Oxo Cube - Gerrard - Fellaini - Arteta - Johnson
Holt - Ba

Cheeky 3-5-2, gonna bring it to Marky see what he got

Thoughts?

But TSC, what are your thoughts on the formation itself?
Pazzini and Sturridge are both good players, I'm not sure my strike force is that bad?

Sturridge is highly over rated in my opinion, very greedy player and very hit and miss, recently miss more than hit

I might start Bellamy and Pilks instead, they are better helping out defensively. Haven't decided yet Very Happy

It's good but to me, Tiote isn't an out-and-out DM.

Can't say I've seen a lot of Pazzini, but in 32 Serie A games he has 5 goals.

Tiote doesn't have to be an out and out DM though really. And Pazzini is more of a creator than a finisher. Milito is the high goalscorer at Milan, not really Pazzini who plays slightly behind.

4 assists in 32 Serie A games.

I think for the diamond you need a strong out-and-out DM. Unless you play a 5 man diamond then you might get away with it.

No width.

5 man diamond is essentially a 4 man diamond but take away a striker and put him in the middle of the diamond.
