He retired today Bull. So no, he won't have a value on TM and he'd do you no good anyway, people wouldn't vote for him to score...

He won't have the value for long because he is retired

You rate him, but he had a poor season in Spain and you don't vote on your own matches...

Gents Ok!

I'm hoping so too.

I was looking to Lambert to replace Moyes, when Moyes eventually replaces SAF at United. If he goes to Villa he will tarnish himself and never be the same manager again.

Afro thumbsup

I would like to see Lambert move to a club like Everton or Spurs as they are clubs that he can make himself really big at. Villa are a sinking club and look at their squad. It is worse than Norwich's I would say, as is reflected by the league position

You can sign him if you wish Bull but it would be the same as just deducting 1.8m off your budget.

Actually it wouldn't be as doing that wouldn't take up space in your squad or have people laughing as much.

He is a legend yes.

But so are Pele, Maradona and Zidane and they'd have as much effect on your team.

Wait until Fergie coaxes him out of retirement in January and then buy him.

In other Norwich related news, a reliable source (Tooze) tells me that Robert Snodgrass was seen at Colney yesterday. He would be a class signing for us, very good player

Never doubted he was a quality player, but he needed to cut it regularly to be given the worldie rating that he enjoyed in the FL. Has played superbly recently, so if he can do that for a whole season, then he will deserve the plaudits, but for me I would still put him in the Llorente/Soldado/Negredo kind of bracket.

You can't get away from the fact that Europa League aside, he goes missing in big games for a lot of the season. If he only played in Europa, then he would be one of the highest rated.

BTW did you see Llorente in that game - had a mare!

This guy has actually got me looking forward to the start of a season, rather than just biding my time until January when we start playing.

Guys - I have to dash, but I may pop on later/tomorrow and I will take a look. Not sure how much my opinion will stand as I haven't seen feedback or know what players are rated in the league. I also haven't had to spend time highlighting my strengths and my opposition's weakness's Laugh

And Fellaini is one of the main reasons, along with Jelavic and Pienaar, for our form at the end of the season. Playing off Jelavic, defences have not been able to handle him and at Old Trafford, he was awesome.

Anyway, cheerio.

Dental Tech, making braces, dentures etc.
And it's the 4-4 with Everton which killed our title. The Wigan and City games were fair enough, we deserved to lose both. Everton game we should have won.
