Jedforest, Kings of the 7s
With just one round left to go, Jedforest will be crowned 2012 Kings of the 7s, the tournament between the Borders clubs:
CLUB W R/U S/F Q/F Pts
Jedforest 2 5 0 2 61
Melrose 1 2 3 3 48
Watsons 3 0 2 2 46
Hawick 2 1 1 2 38
Kelso 0 0 2 5 25
Selkirk 0 0 3 2 21
Gala 0 0 3 2 21
Heriots 0 1 1 2 18
Peebles 0 0 1 3 14
Edin Accies 0 0 0 4 12
Played over 10 separate tournaments over 7 consecutive weekends, including the world famous Melrose 7s, the Jedforest outfit have won two competitions and been runners-up in 5 others, securing the title with their own tournament still to come. To the fore for the Riverside Park club have been the Young twins, Lewis and Gregor, and it surely can't be too long before they attract pro contract offers from someone.

Surprised to see Hawick do as well as that TBH. Bit of a shambles down at Mansfield Park at the moment by all accounts.
Fair play to jed though
