With regard to big players - can Liverpool afford to buy the "big players", considering they don't have the spending power and finances (for wages) of the "big" teams (in terms of finance and income) ... and can you make a balanced team wth squad depth if you start buying "big players"?

Apart from competing for "big players" in terms of finance, does Liverpool have any prestige as a brand in it self to attract players?

Nore staat, Liverpool have the second biggest sponsorship revenue in the league behind Man U. Our kit supplier and sponsor deals combined bring in £50mill per annum. Which drawfs what we use to receive from addidas and calsberg.

In the short term this will compensate what we would recieve in champions league money.

Regarding attracting big players, that will have a lot to do with our new manager at the helm. Which is why am hoping for a big name who could attract bigger players.
