England physio banned from Oval Park!

Things are getting fiesty ahead of the AP final. Tigers boss Richard Cockerill a man not known for being laid back has taken afront to England representitives discussing the fitness of his players ahead of the big showdown against Quins at HQ. Lancaster has already noted that Flood might not make the tour and there has already been clear the air talks at Welford Rd after the England management revealed they were interested in taking young George Ford on the tour to SA this summer (something which Cockers was not keen on).
Sounds like Cockers has injury worries but is trying to keep his cards close to his chest as his back up 10 options (centre Billy Twelvetrees and IRB Young Player of the Year George Ford) have very obvious weaknesses he wouldn't want Quins to be able to plan to utilise in advance.

Read it this morning and made me chuckle!
Although I do agree with Cockerill, It wasn't the England managements place to broadcast that information. It's not like everyone was asking the question.

After the season that Ford has had last thing he needs is to be taken off on tour to hold bags. Some pople need time off esp. the younger players. How many games has ford played this year

10ish. He needs a summer of conditioning to bulk up which is what Cockerill convinced Lancaster to let him do. The new issues surrounding Flood are interesting though and once again Cockers is giving Lancaster a hard time over the fitness of Tigers players. I'd love to be a fly on the wall if they have another face to face meeting at Oval Park, I bet there was a pretty tastey phone conversation after the physio was told he had no chance of getting into the training ground let alone seeing Flood as well.
