Another one who flattered to deceive although he never really showed he had the aptitude to be a true great.
I'd be surprised if he does indeed end up at Spurs but Redknapp does have this knack of reviving flagging talents so you never know.

Think he'll go to Malaga or maybe a german side, where his skills of holding the ball up and where the tempo isn't so high, think it would suit him best rather than the prem. That's not to say he's flopped, just think he will do better in another league.

Won't miss him, hes been a flop and never really showed the desire to fit into our way of playing or work harder.

Wasn't he your top scorer in the 10/11 season? Not sure that that is being a flop, however I agree that he has never fitted into the man u system.
Could make a decent buy for a mid table side.

He was purchased for a record transfer fee when we were European champions to keep us there and couldn't cement a place in the side. One good domestic goal scoring season doesn't alter the fact he flopped with us.

Re: Berbatov moving on
berba's problem was he slowed it down all too often, united have always been at thier best with quick counter attacks. everythime berba got it he slowed it down and killed any momentum we had going forward. for what scholes would do in two touches he would take the extra 4/5 giving time for defenders to get back into postions.
the guys got ability, think if he went to italy he would be a great player over there considering how slow it is. dont think berba ever realy got to grips with the pressure of playing with united and he had often mentioned his price tag. thanks for the hatrick against liverpool berba hope you do well in the future but sadly you wont be missed!

A move to Chelsea would have been a lot better for him IMO, him linking up with Drogba could have been a great strike partnership and he'd have suited the Chelsea style of play much more.
